This buisness is a hidden gem in Sunnyslope. Vicki is knowledgebale about flooring products and her prices are competitive . Vicki,s attention to detail, communication, and the quality of the installation was 5 star. Vicki doesn't jest sell you a product, she is there every step of the way until the job is completed to the clients satisfaction. I love my floors.

Great experience purchasing new carpet from Vickie at J&B. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and employs skilled and friendly installers, Alejandro and Elmer were great. I had to reschedule the original installation date to three weeks sooner and Vickie made the change no problem.

From the moment I walked through their doors, I knew I was in good hands! Vicki took the time to help me decide what I wanted-going through pro's and cons of what I was looking at. The installation was flawless (the installers were great) and I absolutely love the look! Thank you, Vicki for a great experience!

J & B carpet installed carpet in my townhouse last week. I couldn't ask for a better company to do this. Vicki the owner and her Mother met with me twice to make sure everything went smooth. It did. Wonderful people wonderful family owned business. The installers showed up on time and installed the carpet perfectly. I would gladly use J & B again.

Wow! What wonderful customer relations they have. Just out of curiosity, I stopped by J and B carpets to see if I could get a little bit of carpet to use on the cat tree I was making. I was greeted by Vicky, oh what a warm smile and customer welcome I received. I told her what I was doing and and without a second thought she immediately went to the floor and proceeded to look through the carpet remnants she had in stock. In just a couple of minutes I had enough carpet remnants to complete the job I wanted to do. She didn't charge me for the remnant which I am thankful for. If customer service is important to you, please, please give J and B Carpets a shout out. They will take care of you. ?????

I highly recommend J & B carpets ! I met with Vicki at her store on Monday to discuss what I needed done. She came to my house Monday afternoon to measure. Could not have been more happy with the people and service I received from J&B Carpets. From the moment I walked in, they were willing to try and work with me and my schedule. They provided a wealth of information to me to base my carpet purchase decision off of, actually came out that same day to measure the house (located in Mesa) and provide me with an accurate quote. They worked around the schedule my painters had established. As soon as they were done, J&B came in the next day and began their work.

We wanted to replace the carpet in our central Phoenix home and had no idea where to start. We wanted to try to stay within our local area and find a family operated business. I did some searching and found J&B and went and spoke with them. They were very nice and knowledgeable...obviously this is a long standing Phoenix business with tons of experience. Vikki and her mother (Nola?) came over to our house with samples and helped us out with advice along the way. The price seemed reasonable and the installation was great. Their installer was obviously an expert and helped move the furniture too. They even designed and made a rug for under our dining room table which looks great. We thought they did a great job and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you J&B!

Vickie is great to work with, communication is great, options are great & Andréas did a great job removing old carpet & installing new carpet. He swept the surrounding floors & vacuumed the new carpet. Very professional. We Highly Recommend & would use them again.

Phenomenal service. Vikki was super nice and friendly. felt like I was talking to family. she helped me figure out what kind of carpet to get. the service was super quick. took about 3 hours to do 3 rooms and the work was top notch. I would recommend this to anyone that needs carpet work!

I went to HomeDepot and the installation was 4 weeks out. J&B came to my rescue. They laid my carpet the next day. The folks were outstanding helping me to pick out my color carpet. The price, best in town, you wont be disappointed!

I was referred to J and B Carpets from a friend, because she was so pleased at their work and let me tell you, I was also so pleased with their work! They have a huge selection of carpet with reasonable prices to accommodate what you are looking for. They have out of this world customer service! Vickie knows the carpet business and will give you great advice on what selection to make. They don’t try to upsell you at all. They were at my house within a day to do the measurements and by the weekend the carpet was in! Overall, I am very please with J and B Carpets and I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for any type of flooring!

Received unacceptable carpeting that looked like somebody stepped on the carpet with dirty shoes. Upon complaining about it, the business was very rude and unprofessional. I have pics in case anybody would like to view them

J&B Carpet delivers fair prices, quality work and great customer service. I had my carpet installed in 2 days. This is my second time using this company. I have referred them to my friends on multiple occasions . They are the best in Phoenix.
