Would highly recommend Matthew/crew for floor/tile removal. Did an absolute excellent job for me. Very efficient, did clean work, great quality and their prices are more than fair. Arrived on time and were done exactly as estimated. Not to mention, very, very nice people! They deserve your business. P.s they were very patient with my annoying puppy ;)

Overall great experience. They were able to arrive at my house quickly, and installation for my four bedrooms was done in two days. The pricing was reasonable, and I love the results.

We remodel many homes and exclusively use AK Brand Flooring for all of our tile, carpet and flooring needs. We have been extremely satisfied. They are a very professional, honest and reliable company. They have helped with our countertop, backsplash and shower designs and picking out the best combinations for our homes. We feel they are a big part of our success. We will be continuing to work with them in the future and feel we have found a true partner.

Excellent job! Marin and his team are by far the best! He was not my cheapest quote but by far the most impressive one. I've build several house but his quality of work just add more value to any product that they install. Marin and Jonas took their time explaining me every step of the process. We did 3000 S/F in wide white oak. His team is well managed, true professionals and clean. Arrived every day on schedule and cleaned every day before they leave.

It looked like they had a lot of selection, but I couldn't get them to show it to me nor give me information. I was comparing them to a quote from Home Depot. Home Depot puts all the carpet information on their website, even after several request I couldn't get the sales person to send me specs on the three products he showed us.

We were recommended to FloorSource by a friend. My friend had a great experience, felt he got a great product and from the price he told me, he got a really good price. The product we were shown felt inferior to other samples we were considering but their price was quite a bit higher, higher than my friends super premium carpet. As I mentioned i couldn't drag the information or salemanshipp out of the sales guy. With the referral, I really thought we wanted to use these guys.I just needed the sale guy to show me something...anything that made the additional cost a value over our other choices...never got it.

In addition to not being confident in the material, I was not confident in the proposal. I believe their quote was too high due to errors in their measuring. They had 10% more carpet than our other proposal. I told them and even gave the sales guy a copy of the competitors layout.

Just felt I couldn't get them work with me and if you asked the salesman, i'd bet he would say I was a pain in his butt trying to get what we needed to be able to buy from him.

Had different typed, which a lot of them don't.

This is the worst company I have ever come across they put no pride in there work they have no respect left me with a huge mess every single night after they left please go somewhere else and save your money cause you will be waisting it if you go with these clowns

If I could rate a zero, I would. The first contact with Andy (owner/operator) in his store was great. But then something changed and the owner became a nightmare. He talks WAY too much and it's very difficult to get him to answer the specific question you ask. He never called us back when he said he would and we always had to be the ones to initiate a conversation. He was unbelievably slow with everything and took us calling multiple times and going back into the store again to get any movement. He finally came to our house to price it up and when he told us the price of the flooring, we were happy with it. A couple weeks later, the price was suddenly about $5,000 higher than the original price he gave us. When I pressed him on why, he gave many excuses like there were a couple more stairs he forgot to add in plus removing the floorboards etc, none of which would explain the $5k jump in price. I kept trying to get to the bottom of it with him on the phone when Andy suddenly yelled, take your business somewhere else, don't come back! and hung up the phone. Really unprofessional company! Luckily the owner was so slow with everything, that we didn't start the project with him and are now going with the much better/cheaper/more professional Flooring Express.

These guys are experts! Their advice was exactly right and the work was superb. Emerald Builders is very happy and looks forward to working with Classic Wood Floors for many years to come.
