Rachel and Heath were amazing to work with. From the initial call to the final completion of my beautiful floor, they were so helpful and professional. Rachel searched for the exact flooring that I wanted even though they didn't carry it and Heath installed it flawlessly! They are both great to work with and very friendly and kind. I highly recommend working with Urban Customs!

Mark came out and gave me a very competitive quote. I agreed and we got started. His installer, Daniel, came out and installed the hardwood flooring. He did a very professional and clean job; even working on Sunday to finish the job for me. Daniel made it a priority to come out and do some touch ups after the job was finished. This company has gone above and beyond for me and I will recommend them to everyone! Thanks Guys!

Matthew and his crew were outstanding. My floor removal went off without any issues. They are professional and courteous, and even moved some very heavy furniture. I was impressed with every aspect of the Dustless floor removal and would highly recommend them.

Could not be happier with the work done. Devon is the man. We needed to have our flooring redone after our washing machine broke and flooded our downstairs, and Devon and his crew came in and knocked it out of the park with the work done. His demo team and installer worked long days and even through the weekend to make sure our project was done in a timely manner. I am appreciative of the work provided and for Devon going above and beyond whenever there were going to be a delay in lowes delivering our tile. Thanks Devon! We plan to use you again whenever we decide to remodel our upstairs next!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The owner is so responsive. He got me a quote and answered all my questions without me having to wait all week for someone to get back to me. He placed my order for tile on a Tuesday and delivered it to my home in Mesa on Thursday! He unloaded everything in my garage for me. I will absolutely be using AK brands for all of my projects and will send my friends and family to him as well. Thank you so much!!

I have used European Design Flooring for two separate wood applications over the past 4 years. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Any issues we had were thoughtfully explained and answered, and any issues were resolved immediately. I am so happy to have found them and will continue to use them for our flooring needs. The work is beautiful and I am so happy with the finished product!

This is the worst company I have ever come across they put no pride in there work they have no respect left me with a huge mess every single night after they left please go somewhere else and save your money cause you will be waisting it if you go with these clowns

If you need new flooring you've got to go here. They have a large selection to look through. Doug and Andy will do everything they can to ensure customer service and satisfaction. I've been so impressed with the friendly and professional service. I had bids from all sorts of places, and as soon as Doug started to talk about carpet, I immediately knew this guy was well educated and passionate about flooring. He conveys his knowledge in a way that makes sense and helps the customer make choices that fit their needs and wants. I've learned that the flooring business is competitive, you can buy cheap from big box retailers who care little about you, you can buy expensive from places trying to run up their profits, or you can purchase smart and between the two from Doug and Andy and walk away feeling you did it right. You can't go wrong with these guys, and if a mistake happens, I bet they will go above and beyond to make it right.

Over the years we've had several flooring companies do work for us in different homes and offices. These guys outshine them all in every aspect.
They came when they said they would; finished when they predicted and did a great job
keeping me informed the whole way. AND the cost was very reasonable compared to the other bids...........And, lastly my wife and I are happy with the results.
