Its all about the company...its all about who handles issues if and when they arise, its all about ethical and honest business practices....Thats all I can say is this.....There is NO carpet company out there like BENTLEY CARPET....
there is a reason they have an A plus rating with the BBB, there's a reason that they have been in business for over 40 years, there's a reason why they have kept it a family business.
Scott, is not only knowledgeable about the carpet types, but literally within a few hours he was able to pin point exactly what carpeting would be perfect for what we needed.
Even when things are out of the companies control they grab the rein and handle things to make the customers happy.....I have had an interior decorating company for over 20 years, and dealing with so many companies, there is a CLEAR WINNER in my book....and it is truly Scott at Bentley Carpeting.
There was NO PRESSURE, there was only when you are ready, we will move forward who says that now days?
PLEASE take it from me, there is NO CARPETING OUT THERE LIKE THEM....kind, understanding a great crew to work with and Scott was present to make sure everything went smooth...it wasnt just for getting the check.
For them its truly about making the customer happy, and although we had a little tiny hiccup along the way, NOTHING THAT WAS THEIR FAULT...they took responsibility and made things right.
This company is truly one in a million and truly I wouldnt be hesitant to recommend them to my family...and as always I only want the best for my family....BENTLEY CARPETING is the ONLY way to go!
