We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

I originally called Priority Pumping to do an inspection on my septic system to sell our home. Unfortunately, during the inspection we found out that the inspector that did the inspection 3 yrs earlier when we bought the home was a liar and passed the septic system when and shouldn't have, because it was corroded and coming apart. But Priority Pumping showed us what they found and then worked with us to get it replaced and completed within 3 weeks so we could complete the sale of our house on time. From the owner, Tanya to Dusty, the gentleman that did the entire install. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This company did a fabulous job and I would recommend them for all your septic needs. They get the job done without excuses and without hidden costs and are very fairly priced. After 3 days without plumbing and as many plumbers, called Ed and had my blockage cleared within a half an hour. He really knows drain cleaning and what causes them. My problem happened to be my low water toilet doesn't have enough umph to push waste down the long line to the septic tank. I'll be shopping for a good old fashioned 5 gallon flusher. Fair pricing, information shared worth a million . Call him first!

The customer service at Mr. Rooter is the best. After having my septic tank pumped, I found out I needed a repair to my septic line and risers installed to my septic tank. I called around but Mr. Rooter was the only place to respond fast. Chris and Sam were very friendly and immediately knew what to do. The job took several days and Sam’s communication throughout was great. He was very thorough, courteous, and professional. No one is excited about spending money on a septic system but they made the experience much better!

I can’t say enough good things about James, Terry, Chris and this company. They just wrapped a ten-location flooring project for one of our customers in the Phoenix Area and throughout the whole process, they maintained excellent communication in relaying project progress, details and completion photos to us at our offices here in Ohio. They even handled the logistics for us regarding the placement and relocating of the refrigeration trucks needed for perishables to be stored while the restaurant coolers were getting their new floors. They worked with us and our customer to schedule and complete these jobs at a time and in a manner that was the least disruptive to our customer’s business so I would highly recommend them for any flooring job needed and look forward to working with them again in the future.

They responded quickly, and came the next day. He explained what he was doing, and how the septic sytem works, even to neighbors stopping by with questions. He had to locate and dig down quite a bit to get access to the septic tank He did recommend installing a riser to make it easier & cheaper next time. Very pleased with the service provided by this company. I will definitely use them again.

Atomic did a great job with my floor install! Everything was communicated to me in a timely fashion, and they went out of their way to correct an issue from the demo of the previous floor. Can’t recommend them enough!

Most unprofessional place I've ever been to! Supposedly was going in for an interview that was set up by a recruiter. I get there and they acted like they new nothing about the interview. Gave me a number to set up another one, and it was a number to emergency service. I don't know how they expect to keep up with their customers if they can't even keep up with their scheduled interviews!
