We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

We have had a very good experience working with Priority Pumping. After having numerous issues with a septic system installed only 5 years ago by another company in town and no luck working with that particular company to get it resolved, we hired Priority Pumping to install a new system for us. All of our interactions with PP have been professional, helpful and courteous. This has not been the case in our dealings with other local companies in this industry, so it has been refreshing to work with Priority Pumping and have confidence that they will stand behind their work. Called Universal Drain on Saturday((4.4.2020) after experiencing a clogged drain issue. Edy was at my place within an hour as he said he would be. He had the problem fixed and explained the issue in understandable terms within 30 minutes! Completely explained the issue and what we had to do to avoid this from happening again in the future!! Will call him again if needed without a doubt!

I had ejector pump that seized up and was challenging to access on my septic system, I couldn’t use shower or use the restroom for days! Called 10-12 different companies and no one wanted to help me! Joe at Mr Rooter called me back and immediately set up a time to come out and assess it, he also did some research on the Leadtime of a replacement pump if needed prior to showing up, he had 3 options for replacement pumps. Luckily they were able to unclog the impeller on the existing pump at a fraction of a replacement pump! Thank you guys for stepping up in a bad situation and doing a great job!!!

Kelly was very quick in coming to pump my septic tank so no complaint there but he quoted me a price to install a riser and cover and never returned any of messages for the last week and a half to install or decline so I could move on. Now I am left with calling other companies. For septic pump good for all other stuff call someone else!

Very professional and very accommodating. Only problem for us is that they never had an invoice or anything on paper stating our order until the day they delivered. After scheduling months in advance, payment was made and we were told that they could only give us an invoice the week of the event. Which made us nervous because it felt like there was no way to track our order. Low and behold they came through and everything was perfect.
