This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

They dealt with a difficult situation navigating the fake grass covering the septic. The quality of their finish work and effort put worth was superb. I am very happy and grateful. I couldn't recommend Macho more!

Ed and his crew saved us from going more days without working plumbing! They squeezed us into their schedule the day I called to help us with our septic problems and stayed until late into the night to get the job done. They were even able to unclog our pipes that the plumbing crew couldn't do. We are happy with the service we received and highly recommend Cave Creek Septic.

What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. I had a septic inspection and service by this company around 4 months ago. I called the owner to get some documentation regarding the services rendered then, as I was not given a receipt. The owner of Best Way was rude and informed me that he doesn’t maintain records for work performed on homes. He then accused me of running my septic system over with a semi. (There is nothing wrong with the septic, I just wanted documentation for the services rendered. I paid $950 for a clean out and inspection. Best way denies doing the inspection and states they have no records of servicing my home. The owner does remember being at my home, digging up my tank, pumping it, installing risers and new caps. The owner got angry at my requests for any form of documentation that would confirm he did the work sometime in the summer of 2022. He got upset and he hung up on me. Steer clear of this outfit if you require paperwork, receipts or anything showing that they are a legitimate business, or where they have been hired to work.

I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
