He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. They always showed up on time, were great about keeping me informed and explaining not just the findings but options on how to address anything that came up. Robbie and Daniel were great to work with and very knowledgable. It’s a family owned business that from what I saw cares about their customers, which is difficult to find these days. I will use them again for general plumbing work, and obviously highly recommend them.

Our septic was hidden under a artificial grass play area in our yard. We had no idea where it was, Cave Creek Septic went to work like a team of archaeologists and found it in no time. I had Matt out from Reddi Services to repair my 7 yr old water heater that was under warranty but it was un-repairable so it had to be returned to Home Depot for warranty exchange, Matt was able to remove old water heater and take back to Home Depot and Pick up the new one and install it for a very reasonable price. I use Reddi Services for all my plumbing needs always fast and reliable service, 5 Stars!

What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. We were in a bind on the afternoon of New Year's Eve, thinking we needed our septic pumped. I called several services with no availabilities because of the holiday. When I spoke to Jay, he was currently working in our area and said he would do his best to fit us in when he was done with his current job. He called me back within an hour, came and examined our septic and noted that it did not need to be pumped. It had a clog which he quickly fixed.... at no charge! We typically don't see this type of service anymore, someone who is willing to go out of their way like this to assist a customer. Jay made the difference in how we started out the new year and his business ethic and generosity was greatly appreciated. Would definitely use him and recommend him for future services.

Mark (the owner) quoted me $600-800 to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, while telling me I was wasting his time because it was 3am (despite being listed online as a 24 hour plumber) Granted this was early morning on Thanksgiving, I had been quoted by two others at 150 each, but they simply didn't have room in their schedule immediately. I guess this explains why Mark does. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a business owner.
