Lavandis and Mike were both extremely professional, quick and very tidy! They did the job right, and cleaned up any mess, not to mention arranged everything back in order and gave me a full rundown on how my removable fence works. Lavandis especially was funny and very personable, I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and for future properties.

I tried to call for estimates on gates and the owner of Garcia Fence was very rude and told me he didnt want to discuss business with a woman. He then asked if there was a man he could speak with instead and then hung up the phone. I never recieved service like this from anyone. terrible.

Horrible customer service and incorrect measurements on merchandise they sell on line. I drove three hours to buy their knock off “unistrut”. The measurements were off and when I later asked to talk to a manager, the manager said “I don’t have to put up with your shit” and hung up on me.

Everyone has been AMAZING with their commitment to total customer satisfaction! It's as if they were the owners of the company!! From Andy Mendez in account setup, to the scheduling coordinators (sorry can't remember their names), but they were super helpful and accommodating. To Trinidad Beltran & Ray Acosta- Fence, Steven Gallegos- Container Deliveries and Juan Velasquez – Toilet/ Sanitation Deliveries. To the owners of National, You have some real TOP SHELF quality individuals in these employees, take a minute to be proud of this TEAM, because they surely are proud of the company they work for and take great pride in their customer service!! I've been in this business for over 40 years and I have never encountered this level of consistently great customer service throughout every section of a company. Really Bad. I have no technical background but when Automatic Gate Systems could not identify the problem with my gate telephone and the so-called tech did not even have the proper equipment to ID the problem, I had to give up on them.
They charged a service call ($85) and 2 hours of :service ($190) to tell me that the gate phone WAS attached to the house phone and that the house phone rang once. None of this could have been true.
As I mentioned, a simple test for continuity with a $20 toner would have told him that the wire was broken.
He told me to get a home automation company to repair it.

I called this company to get a quote for having our fencing repaired. The man that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and seemed annoyed I was calling. Ended up just hanging up the phone. Horrible first impression. I would never use a company that has horrible custom service before you even say hello!
