I had sewage coming up through my shower and tubs. I left phone messages with other companies and got voicemails. None of them have bothered to call me back. These people whom I got live on the phone made an appointment the same day at noon. Showed up at 11:55 prompt. Very kind and considerate with any questions I had. I will be giving them a call again in three years. I only hope the lord is good to them and have many years of business.

SCOTT rescued us our tanks were full. We were going to dump on our travels. Master cylinder had gone out on our coach. We had our tanks serviced last spring by another company. We could not dump our Grey tank handle came off first time after we had it serviced. Now we we were sitting with full tanks. We made many calls for someone to suck out tanks. Scott was very through he was able to dump tanks. He also told us what the problem with the Grey tank was with the handle. He gave suggestions how to temporary fix.
Supposedly the company we had serviced coach in the spring warranty their work. They will need to put in new valve gate, again.
We very much appreciated Scott helping us. It was a late night for him.
We recommend this company. I would call Scott again if we need to.
We are still waiting for someone to come to us to replace etc the master cylinder. We have no brakes.

You'll be hard pressed to find a better pumper!!

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

The low price for the initial service looks good, but looks can be deceiving. Rooter Ranger came out, explained that further investigation would be needed to fix the clogged drain, recommending a camera service for nearly $200. Camera service time came a couple days later. I am $250 lighter and the drain was left plugged. Rooter Rangers declared that a tear down was needed to get to some pipes. I brought in a competitor. No charge for the camera. No tear down was needed. A simple fix. 20 minutes later, no plugged drain. I am sure they aren't always sketchy, but I was cheated out of $250. Lesson learned.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I highly recommend this company!! I was in a pinch and needed someone out same day to pump a full tank. Sierra called the tech and was able to squeeze me in same day. Thank goodness! Sierra has been absolutely fantastic to work with!!! She's super responsive, answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. She provided me with helpful updates on when the tech was going to be out. She's definitely a high quality employee. The other receptionist who worked with her was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I am very happy with the service I received today. Thank you Sierra and Septic Technologies Inc. Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

OMG this company is WONDERFUL. I called them at 8am this morning and they were out to my house before 1pm and everyone was so helpful. The gentleman that came out to the house was great and very helpful. After 35+ years in our home with no problems, we decided it might be a good idea to have the septic pumped. Stephanie answered and sounded surprised that we'd never pumped in that LONG period of time...but there's only ever been two people and nothing goes in there besides WHITE T.P. and (y'all know the rest)!
The guys showed up on time and did a quick location. I opted for a large tite-seal riser and cap since the lid was 16 and had to be jackhammered out! Andrew did all the belly work with the hose while the others rinsed the walls and unclogged concrete and debris....turned into a bigger job than I thought! All the while, Andrew (Andy) explained every step of the process AND give me hints on how to promote proper bacteria growth in the tank! This young man is a great customer service representative (and was assisted by two equally well-qualified servicemen)!!!!!!!
Overall, I'm very satisfied and the bottom line was only slightly more than I originally anticipated! THANKS GUYS!!!!!!!
