Josh was great, he came the week before to see what he was up against,since we didnt know exactly where our septic was. Scheduled a day and time to come pump out, he and his employee were right on time. Joah explained what they had to do (find and dig down) and they perceeded to find it and pump out our septic. He explained to us about everything since we are new to having septic. Did a great job in a timely manner, they are fantastic guys ,very friendly.

I am new to the area of mesa az . I had a clogged black tank in my camper I called every rv camper place numbers of people they gave me to and even called porta potty people and everybody told me it was out of season to clean tanks in rv now... then I happen to text this company and lord and behold Mrs Stephanie reached out to and I got my problem solved by Scott her tech and I will be using this company if I need anything else that they can do that has to do with my camper while I am in az... One call plumbing supposedly replaced a filtered water faucet for $440. The same day they installed it, it still wasn't fixed and the guy was already leaving. He fixed it by cleaning out cold water slime out of the pipe and replacing a blue line plastic thingy under the sink going to the water filter, he took his $440 and left. A couple of days later it was leaking again and the same technician came out and looked at it and blamed the cold water slime, he cleaned it and left. A week later it was doing the exact same thing, leaking from the faucet on top. The same technician came out and looked at, then blamed it on the whole water filter system. Basically they never fixed what was wrong with it and simply GUESSED at what the problem was and never pin poined the real problem. I do not recommend One Call Plumbing. Steer clear of them.

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Kevin K. and Shawn came to my rescue on November 5, 2020. I called and scheduled service, explaining what was going on and I was really stressed out. They checked the sewer with a camera and showed me what was happening. They gave me an estimate and explained about offering financing or a discount for senior citizen. They told me they would get to work right away and Shawn sure did! Shawn explained what he was doing every time I went to check out how things were going. He was very pleasant and said I could ask him anything and if I had questions not to hesitate in asking. He dug a hole and got things all ready but couldn't finish until the 6th because he had to get all the stuff together that was needed and it was close to 5pm. He left us telling us we could still use water and toilets but to be careful of what goes down the drain and no washing until it was fixed. On the 6th, Shawn came early and finished the job!! He walked me thru every step of what he was doing and told us when we couldn't use water or flush (about 30 minutes) and then let us know when all was ok. He did a super great job and I am so happy with the service I got!! Both guys were super nice and explained everything and Kevin came back to make sure all was well. I am so happy and I will recommend Rooter Ranger Plumbing in the future to all who have plumbing problems!! I hope the guys stay with the company and I will ask for them personally for a job well done! THANK YOU!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I highly recommend this company!! I was in a pinch and needed someone out same day to pump a full tank. Sierra called the tech and was able to squeeze me in same day. Thank goodness! Sierra has been absolutely fantastic to work with!!! She's super responsive, answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. She provided me with helpful updates on when the tech was going to be out. She's definitely a high quality employee. The other receptionist who worked with her was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I am very happy with the service I received today. Thank you Sierra and Septic Technologies Inc. I am very unhappy with the after service, the technician clean out the grease trap. After he completed the job, I gave him the check then I went to check the kitchen where the grease trap is at. The floor is all messy with black mark everywhere, The sink, deep sink, the handle, and the hose are very dirty because of all Black smelly grease on it.

By the time I come out to talk to the technician about the mess, he was gone.

I used to be a technician myself, but for every job I took on, I always clean up the mess so it would look nice and clean just like before I came or better. That is hell all job should be done.

Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. Duck's Septic has been our go to since 2014 and we've always received top quality professional service for all of our septic needs. More recently we needed them to help with a last minute pump, inspection, and certification in a timely manner and they came through for us with flying colors and quality work. Great company give them a call.

Highly recommend Cooper's - They were fast and friendly and instead of over selling me something I didn't really need he found and fixed a minor issue for much less than I was originally told. I didn't have a clue so he could have certainly taken advantage of me if he wanted. On site tech was professional, friendly and explained a lot. I know much more about how my system works now and what I need to do to keep it working right. Thanks!
