Jeff is extremely professional and reliable. He installed the door / high bay which was complicated given the weight of the door however he has returned twice to dial it in which has been greatly appreciated - last time was on his day off!

I called these guys because part of my back fence had blown down and I needed to repair or replace it.

Brian and, Crystal came out the next day, took a good look at the fence, and said it would take about an hour to repair.

They gave me a date and actually texted, me a few days, early and asked if they could, come by and fix it.

Sure enough, in an hour, the fence was back up, stronger than it had been.

The price was right, the quality of the work was excellent, and Brian and Crystal are wonderful to work with.

When I need one of my gates, repaired, I'm calling them back out here.

I had a septic emergency today and guests arriving soon. Jazmine right away coordinated with Abel to get me help asap. Abel was on a call close by and was out within an hour. He diagnosed the issue, my septic was full and clean outs clogged. He called his pump guy to come out and then Abel immediately started digging himself to get to my septic tank, to make sure that the problem was solved today before my guests arrived at dark. These guys are real professionals who know what they’re doing, they work hard and don’t price gouge at all. Quality Septic is an amazing company. I had a back-up emergency and they were on-site within a few hours. This was a neglected septic tank and was a very difficult pump. Repairs were needed and Quality Septic had the resources to get a repair company, after hours, to assist. With professionalism they continued to work for over 6 hours until the issues were resolved. They did not leave the property until 10:30pm. Quality Septic exceeded my expectations and the cost was more than fair. Quality Septic is an outstanding company that I highly recommend to anyone with septic issues. I love these guys.

I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.
