Todd with Alcatraz Locksmith was very professional and amazingly skilled at his job with comparable prices. We had originally scheduled an appointment for Sunday to have Alcatraz come out and key the ignition to our Suzuki Samurai after my son lost the only key. But within an hour of hanging up, Todd called back saying he had a cancellation and could be at our location in a few minutes. Within 15-20 min of Todd's arrival he had carved out two brand new keys and the Suzuki was on the road again. I will be using Alcatraz Locksmith for my future locksmith needs and will recommend them to my family and friends. My son learned some very valuable lessons today and we both learned Alcatraz Locksmith is a company we will both work with again in the future. Thanks again Todd!

I had a great experience with ACME Locksmith! They were very helpful and efficient with my home lock out. Scheduling the service was very easy and friendly. Ryan came out to unlock 4 of my front door locks. He showed up earlier than expected and charged a reasonable price. He was very helpful during my stressful situation. I was out of town when I viewed on my security camera that my front door had blown open with a storm. Fortunately I had an Arcadia screen door that was locked. However it being the dead of summer my air conditioning was running non-stop. Plus I had not left a spare key. I had called several places in town. When I contacted them they were very flexible in waiting for a family member to show up as they unlocked my screen door in order for someone to close the main front door. Then again was able to re-lock the screen door. They were very patient and their communication was very helpful in making sure everything was at it should be. I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip stress free thanks to their help. 100% great customer service and after calling several places the best prices in town. 5 stars and would recommend them for anyone looking for a locksmith.

Called Pop a Lock first, complete jerks! Told me the wait would be 3-4 hours. Contacted Locksmith Guru spoke with tech Kyle came out within 25-30 min! Very understanding and caring about the situation I was in, helped and offered extra assistance!! Had my Nissan unlocked within 5 min of service!! Highly recommend calling LOCKSMITH GURU!!!!
