Brandon was over and changed out an old bathroom exhaust fan. He was very professional and friendly. He was running ahead of schedule so called to see if he could stop by early. He cleaned up everything and made the whole process super easy.

I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! Jeremy the Handyman reinvented the industry standard. They do it by establishing trust with me as a client. A promise is made and it's kept until the job is finished. I continue to use their service from everything including painting, fan installation, and as of late my bedroom remodel. The skills needed to repair and fix my house problems, I do not possess. Everyone is qualified but the best part...happy go lucky attitude. So refreshing in the world today. House fixes or repairs the problem? Eddie came to replace fluorescent lighting with can lighting. He was on time and purchased materials for me since I wasn't sure what to buy. The cost of the work was reasonable. He was professional and knowledgeable. This was only part 1 of the job and I am satisfied with the work. I look forward to the finished product.

Mr. Handyman has always been extremely responsive and pleasant to work with. We love their handyman DJ and have him out here at our business for all our random needs, from installing street signs, to replacing lights, to cleaning ceiling tiles. Love them! 100% recommend.

Could not get through, phone call transferred multiple times, felt like I was at a national warehouse rather than a local business

Do not deal with this company. I called to discuss having them do work for me and for some reason they hung up and blocked my call. I called from another number and got a a different person to ask why they would do such a thing I mentioned I was going to offer them a number of large jobs but think I might take it somewhere else so they hung up again and blocked that number as well. I would understand if I was being difficult to deal with but I was being polite and trying to understand why they would do such a thing. If they do not like you they will block your calls so you can not get through to them anymore. I can just imagine how they deal with customer service.

If I could rate them 0 out of 5 I would. WOW!
