I'm the new Manager at a Storage Facility. Tom came out to replace the locks at the Office and On-Site Apartment. He was very prompt and professional. He did a great job .Everything works perfectly and we are protected. He even found a really obnoxious Key for my Apartment. One that will stand out from the many others I need to carry. This guy is a true master locksmith. We came to him with a key that was not only so worn down that it barley worked but was also broken in half. We thought it was a lost cause. He accepted the challenge and like a detective at a crime scene, forensically analyzed it and made a key for us. (The vehicle was no where near him). We took the key to the car and it worked PERFECTLY! We thought we were going to have to rekey the car but with his help we saved so much. Very helpful and knowledgeable about his craft. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Can not say enough about Patrick’s professionalism and help! Our Eagles Safe battery died and their was not a clear solution on how to open our safe once the battery died. Was looking at options to drill it open and then the safe would not be usable. Recieved a quote from a different service provider for $400! Patrick asked key questions to diagnose our issue including pictures. He researched a hard to find owners manual...He recommended using a new 9V battery and placing it on the start button. It immediately worked! Able to open the lock (and save the safe!). Immediately changed the batteries. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to call him next time for my home or my business needs!

I had 5 door locks re-keyed. I dropped them off at the shop (I don't like paying the house call fee) and they were done in about 2 hours, and he had locks to do before he got to me. The keys turned the locks like butter - no wiggle room at all. The locks all felt and operated better than when I brought them in. Prices are very good.

We were in the process of moving, on superbowl sunday of all days, when someone locked the keys in the moving truck. With only one day to move an entire 3 bedroom home any delays could cripple our plans. We called 6 locksmiths. Only one answered. These guys really saved our day. They were prompt, professional, and made quick work of our lock problem. Utterly professional and highly skilled. You couldn't ask for better service.

They produce keys and produce them correctly. Without even utilizing the original key, which was worn out and didn't operate very well, they created a duplicate of a key I had that I didn't believe COULD be copied. They also have reasonable prices.

I brought in some deadbolts to be re-keyed and they were super nice, fast and inexpensive. Highly recommend!

Horrible communication skills good luck getting this guy to show up. He didn't want to come out for rain cool. Second day no call no show third try he says he will be over at 8 and nothing I text and get told he's getting blood drawn and will be by no heads up no not going to be over when we agreed and I'm still sitting here. He will give you no heads up if he's not coming and let you sit around like no one else has to work. What a waste of time. Save your self the time and call one of the other 50 locksmiths in the area.
