Exhausted from a long day's work, and having my hands full, I closed the car the door with my butt not realizing I left the keys on the seat. In a panic because I have work tomorrow I googled locksmith and I was lucky this guy. He's amazing! Super fast. He was super nice. Definitely recommend to the next person in need.

Just called to get an estimate and try to schedule someone for tomorrow morning. I was amazed at how little the person knew about the service. They couldn't tell me how many keys I'd get with the re-key and they couldn't tell me how much it would cost for each additional key. They seemed really disorganized. I did appreciate that they could give me an appointment almost immediately, hence the two stars. I did not choose this company because they did not seem to be familiar with their own pricing and their own services.

I locked my keys in my truck this morning while making a quick stop for work. Jeff with J&J locksmith answered his phone on my first call and came out immediately. 20 minutes later I was back in my truck and on the road back to work. His price was fair and he is very personable and professional! I’ll be adding him to speed dial and won’t use another Locksmith in East Valley. Although I hope to not need his services again.

Total A Hole, called in to see what he could do and he said that he could try, but had to charge me an hourly fee for trying. They also don't do installs of keyless entry or push button starts. Also he hung up on me.
