He really took the time to talk to me about how to look out for locksmith scammers and actually saw that key had not been made properly and fixed it as well. Metro Lock was great for my rekey purposes! I called on a Monday evening and was able to schedule an appointment for Tueaday after 6, due to my work schedule - very accomodating.
