This place is great. They do vehicle keys as well as house keys. The guy behind the counter was super friendly and made sure my keys fit my car before I took off. Really fast service as well. I would recommend him to anyone.

The experience was simple, easy, we had good conversions while two keys and a key fob were whipped up. He came just after 6pm, despite it being dark and a little cold - which was as soon as I called.

Overall, I'd recommend Turn Key for any of your key and lock needs ? He genuinely seems to care about the quality of his work and the fairness of his business deals.

Very pleased with the service! I was locked out of my car for almost an hour and they offered the best price after calling around. The tech who came out for service arrived within the window time he gave me and got me into my car in a matter of minutes!!

So we went on vacation and came home in early hours of the morning just to find out we took the wrong keys with us and found ourselves locked out of our home.

We called David Locksmith who is either affiliated or is someway apart of Sage Locksmith. His response time was on point but his attempt to pick our lock was less than stellar. what I found interesting is he drive home even before attempting to pick the lock that he may have to drill the lock off. That was very interesting although needing in our home we were at his mercy. His attempt to pick the lock was unsuccessful and he than drilled our lock off.

The aftermath was a lock set that we would consider cheap as compared to our original and the bill that was paid was damn near $500.

A few days later I contacted Sage and was told someone would look into this and call me back. Up until now no call backs.

Beware: my opinion is that he knew he could drill off the lock which is much easier at 3:30am and is an additional cost to do so. We aren't locksmiths we can't challenge.

Well we had another locksmith pick another lock on our main door and that was a Schlage took the man under 3 min....

At this point we have no choice but to leave a review and warn others of our experience as we can't get a call back to resolve and at this point I'd want a substantial refund.
