My daughter was stranded and needed a replacement car key. Todd was great! He helped me understand what needed to be done, what it would cost, and hopped right in the van to come to her aid. As a dad, I was really glad. And when she found her key (in the funniest of places) before he got there, he was happy for her and didn't charge.
