Best Master Key Lock in Phoenix AZ

Got locked out of my appartment. Gabe came to help and quickly got me into my appartment. He even worked on fixing my broken door knob. He was very helpful.

I always deal with Andrew, super knowledgeable and great with customers.

2nd time to get locked out of my house in Phoenix! Fast and friendly service and would totally use them again!

I am trying to close out the estate of a dear friend that passed about a week ago and did not leave us the combination to his safe. After calling the safe company they said a local company could call them for a factory open code. I called Anderson to inquire if hey could do that for me. They said sure, the fee for that is $290. That is a rip off for what is done. No special skill, no tools, just a phone call. Ill find someone else.

I was contacted by the owner who apologized and insisted his employee had misunderstood what I was needing, and told me he would make it right.

Very fast and good service. Colton arrived in just a few minutes to help me get my keys. I was so lucky! find him close to the area..

Service: Vehicle lockout

I called this company because so many of their reviews were so high and they clearly make an effort and care about their product (i.e.: they *have* an active Facebook page).

Whoever answered the phone when I called was anything but customer friendly. I am moving into a new house and need my security door and front door rekeyed. I asked for an estimate and was told it would be the service cost plus $10 per key hole. I don't know about you, but I don't memorize things like how many key holes are in a door I've unlocked once... when I asked a clarifying question to figure out a closer estimate, the tone of voice and abrupt reply were both very condescending and, again, short. I had to figure out what I don't know and ask several follow-up questions to PULL the information out of this guy. I will be finding a different company to do business with.

From my experience, my guess is that this company filters out their bad reviews and only posts their good ones. #speakingofintegrity #annoyed

Patrick at Advanced Lock really provided amazing customer service. He went out of his way to get me taken care of today. Very knowledgeable and

I locked my keys in my vehicle again... I do thin 1-2 times a year.. Jeff was by far the best locksmith I’ve ever had come out. He was to me within an hour and was incredible helpful!

I made a call to him since we need a locksmith. He arrived at my home and put up my Key Duplication system 30 minutes after I called. The service was quite reasonably priced.

Corey came out after I had trouble with another locksmith company, and fixed my problem in a snap. He really took the time to talk to me about how to look out for locksmith scammers and actually saw that key had not been made properly and fixed it as well. I will most definitely call him in the future if need be!

Daniel was Awesome! One of my darling children lost my keys. My husband contacted Daniel from New York, within 30 mins Daniel was at my residence. In less than 2 hrs I had a brand new set of car keys. Crisis Aborted!

It’s very good service..and fast

Roni Israel was very efficient but I was concerned with professionalism since he arrived in an unmarked vehicle and I couldn't tell what company he was with. The receipt left no clue either and when I called to ask I was given three different possible companies.

I had a pretty good experience with them. The only issue I had was that on the phone, they quoted to me that it would be $90 to change both locks I needed. When the person got there, he said that quote meant per side of the lock. I could only afford 2 sides so the outside of my door and gate were changed while I still use a different key for the inside of each. Other than that confusion/inconvenience, they were very professional, courteous, timely, and thorough. I would definitely recommend them.
