I was locked out of my apartment at my own fault I went to yelp and found these guys literally less than 5 min they showed up. It took Avi 10 min to get me in my house and save the day. These aguys are professional and are fair I recommend them to anybody

I used this company to change my locks a few years ago, so when I needed then changed again I immediately contacted them. Tom answered my call promptly, and asked whether I was experiencing an emergency (requiring immediate assistance). I had time to take care of this, and Tom courteously kept in touch with me over the next few days to best accommodate my schedule (he even texted, making sure we were on the same page at all times. He offered to send a coworker, but I was in no rush! He (incredibly!) remembered me and my home a few years later! He is extremely pleasant, and completely professional. He offered a wide variety of extra security options and informed me on ALL options AND their prices before suggesting the CHEAPER option. He is honest and professional, and put me completely at ease. I will definitely be using his services again on the future, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a safe, affordable yet quality locksmith.

After I locked myself out of my condo, I was lucky enough to find Todd and Alcatraz Locksmith. He was able to open the door in a flash, re-keyed both of my doors (which I was planning on doing anyway as they had not been changed since I moved), and stuck to his estimate! That would have been enough in and of itself, but he's such a friendly and funny guy, I know who I'll be recommending to anyone I know who needs locksmithing in the future.

Steven not only greeted me with a friendly smile and demeanor, but he also went above and beyond with preparing my laser cut keys. He also made sure to inform me on how to properly test the keys, and that if there was any problems to bring them back so that he can fix them. I was also able to witness him greet customers waiting in line assuring them he'd be with them soon, while still taking care of my order. Very warm and friendly experience and I highly recommended this location.

Alon was absolutely wonderful in taking care of my lockout. My landlord called him for me and he came to me quickly. I was stuck outside in 95 degree weather, stuck on my roof trying to get into my windows in a panic, and he handled everything smoothly for my house doors so I could get to my doctor's appointment. Our front door lock mechanism broke making the door unlockable. Phoenix Lock & Locksmith responded promptly and the technician installed a safety lock as a temporary measure. He picked up the necessary parts when available the next morning and expertly completed the repair. We were very appreciative.

Stay Away this company is a huge scam! they have no employees other than a call center. They use the lowest cost random people that can find and have no standard for who they send tools they must have etc. They sent random person that didn't even have a key copy machine or correct tools to our business and then broke a $500+ push bar. This is the mess they left, screws hanging out and all!
