Exceptional service. Responded immediately to my text for service. Came out the next day and repaired my door handle and also adjusted the door so it would no longer stick. I asked if he could get my bedroom door to latch and he fixed that too. I hadn't been able to get it to latch for five years and he fixed in less than 5 minutes. Reasonable price as well.

Okay for starters I called several places in an attempt to open my safe since I lost the key. Everyone said let’s drill it out and I said let’s not. Finally I reached Advanced lock and safe where they told me they could pick it open. Not even 5 minutes did it take him to help me out and to top it off he made a key for me. I definitely will trust these guys with all my locksmith needs.

My gun safe would not open, set an appointment with ACME . They sent an advance text, just like they said they would. Big Mike arrived, diagnosed the problem (bad keypad); Mike had a replacement keypad with him, replaced the keypad, -safe as good as new. Excellent planning , service, knowledgeable, and, Big Mike is a really nice personable, polite, respectful guy-glad he was the service guy and he can be in my gone anytime! Locked ourselves out of our office because of a faulty latch and called Alon for help and he showed timely within 30 minutes. He unlocked the door, got a new door handle that matched the rest of the office, and replaced the door handle.

Nick's great! I have had him at my place twice and both times he's been very kind, professional, and knows what he's doing. This most recent time was such an easy fix and took so little time he didn't charge me. This was despite my insistence otherwise. He will be the only locksmith I hire, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Tech cameout really fast and was affordable thx again best locksmith company

So we went on vacation and came home in early hours of the morning just to find out we took the wrong keys with us and found ourselves locked out of our home.

We called David Locksmith who is either affiliated or is someway apart of Sage Locksmith. His response time was on point but his attempt to pick our lock was less than stellar. what I found interesting is he drive home even before attempting to pick the lock that he may have to drill the lock off. That was very interesting although needing in our home we were at his mercy. His attempt to pick the lock was unsuccessful and he than drilled our lock off.

The aftermath was a lock set that we would consider cheap as compared to our original and the bill that was paid was damn near $500.

A few days later I contacted Sage and was told someone would look into this and call me back. Up until now no call backs.

Beware: my opinion is that he knew he could drill off the lock which is much easier at 3:30am and is an additional cost to do so. We aren't locksmiths we can't challenge.

Well we had another locksmith pick another lock on our main door and that was a Schlage took the man under 3 min....

At this point we have no choice but to leave a review and warn others of our experience as we can't get a call back to resolve and at this point I'd want a substantial refund.
