I lost my car key and they responded so quickly and came out the next day to make a new key. He was very nice and made the new key within 5 minutes I would say. The price was cheaper than other locksmiths I found on the app, and the service was good!

Hector was absolutely amazing. He was extremely professional and was so friendly. He also opened my car faster than any other service I’ve had (I lock my keys in my car a lot).
I will definitely request him if, god forbid, I lock my keys in the car again.

I had one of the worst days I've had in a while when I lost my keys with my one and only car key on the ring. I had called a locksmith I found on Nextdoor, who referred me to another locksmith, who referred me to another locksmith and it felt like I was being given the runaround, leaving me unsure of what I should do. I asked around my circle of family and friends for recommendations, rather than take the word of a chain of people I didn't know and I'm glad I did because that's how I came across Todd with Alcatraz Locksmith. Todd was immediately responsive, quoted me a price within minutes, and came out to where my car was stuck at home in no time. He arrived and got right to work and I checked in and chatted with him for a bit too and the list of great qualities just kept growing, as I learned what a personable and standup guy he is. Great service by Brian, he stayed late to get my remotes and key programmed for my truck, EVEN IN THE RAIN, AWESOME!!! Great service!!! I would recommend this locksmith to everyone, you can't beat the personal service.

Absolutely the most professional service available, I recently contacted them for locking my keys inside my truck, and within minutes I had a quote and an estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival the technician was fast, thorough and answered my questions, I even bought a second key just in case.
Over all it was an amazing service, a fast experience and I truly recommend them.

Great service

I called this company on 5/21, left a voice Mail with a request, and never received a return phone call. Even if the company couldn’t help, a return phone call is professional enough. My voicemail even stated, just text me back if you could help or not. Based on the professionalism, I would never recommend this company.

So we went on vacation and came home in early hours of the morning just to find out we took the wrong keys with us and found ourselves locked out of our home.

We called David Locksmith who is either affiliated or is someway apart of Sage Locksmith. His response time was on point but his attempt to pick our lock was less than stellar. what I found interesting is he drive home even before attempting to pick the lock that he may have to drill the lock off. That was very interesting although needing in our home we were at his mercy. His attempt to pick the lock was unsuccessful and he than drilled our lock off.

The aftermath was a lock set that we would consider cheap as compared to our original and the bill that was paid was damn near $500.

A few days later I contacted Sage and was told someone would look into this and call me back. Up until now no call backs.

Beware: my opinion is that he knew he could drill off the lock which is much easier at 3:30am and is an additional cost to do so. We aren't locksmiths we can't challenge.

Well we had another locksmith pick another lock on our main door and that was a Schlage took the man under 3 min....

At this point we have no choice but to leave a review and warn others of our experience as we can't get a call back to resolve and at this point I'd want a substantial refund.

My experience with locksmith masters LLC was fantastic. Masters LLC was very professional and his service was Great!! Simply handed over my key and within no time he called me; car started and not only did he cut my key and get me in my car, he gave me a spare key as well.thanks Morty for your awesome service
