Hector was a good dude, polite, he showed up quickly with a bottle of water because we said it was hot, the price was amazing, and his work was phenomenally quick, overall this was a five star job.

I tried calling to get some pricing for a key to my vehicle. Whoever answered the phone was very pushy and insistent on getting my address immediately when I wanted some questions answered before continuing. When I pressed on with questions the response I got was beyond rude. Rather then deal with the attitude I hung up and dialed another locksmith.

It's not everyday that you find an honest technician (plumber, garage door person, locksmith, etc.). Well I think we have found our locksmith from now on. Phoenix Lock & Locksmith technician knows what he is doing, doesn't try to up sell, his pricing is fair and most importantly he is honest! I highly recommend him.
