What a professional service! I have used them continually for different reasons. The first was when i locked my keys in my car on a Friday night. They were there in 20 minutes and saved the day. After that I have used them repeatedly for my business when I need to re- key a home. Same day service is a must in my business. They can also duplicate a lost car key for a fraction of the price of the dealership! AMAZING!

Within hours after driving off the car lot I could not find the second key fob the dealer had given to me. I wanted to be sure that anything I put into the car would stay in the car. This place has wonderful helpers that take the time to explain things to you. And when they explained different things to me they not only saved me a bunch of money, they also gained a bunch of business from me, both of which I did not originally plan. They also have the old school locksmith skills that allowed them to make a key for an old padlock that did not have a key which also saved me a bunch of money, time, and aggravation! Thanks guys!

I brought a small filing cabinet to them for which I had lost the key. I called ahead to make sure they were open. They picked the lock while I looked around the store. Fair prices and knowledgable staff. I'll keep this place in mind for the next time.

I was having a great night out. That is until I realized I had lost my keys. I was searching and searching but just couldn’t find them. I called locksmith guru, and Philip was able to help me out in the best way possible. He actually works really well with you. Philip does a great job in handling Unique situations. He is very courteous and caring and very happy with what he does. Philip deserves recognition for all the trouble he went through to get us back on the road.

They broke my lock handle I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone done they break your things and don’t have accountability for their work

The lock on my house was broken, too. After I called, they arrived to my house in 15 minutes, replaced the locks, and reprogrammed the keys after my car was located. fantastic service

2☆ for calling back none for the professionalism. They quoted me for a price , told them I've got a cheaper offer and when they asked me what was the offer and told them, very ironically answer I can do it for free but next year . If you're in a business, any bussiness and can't apprehend that there is a competition and other companies actually have better prices and arguably better services you shouldn't be in bussiness!!!
