Big Mike saved the day! Me and my pup had been outside for about an hour in the phoenix heat trying to get into my house, I called ACME and Mike said he'd be able to make it out in about 20 mins, he showed up on time if not sooner AND went above and beyond and gave me water bottle for me and my pup who at this point was panting pretty aggressively for water. Getting us in the house would have been enough but him going above and beyond with his great attitude and handing us water will definitely make them the first person i call in any other lockout situation. Gave me a time estimate and was there when he said he would be. Other locksmiths do the whole “ill be an hour” and show up 4 hours later. Nick was there in 45 minutes (it was rush hour, can’t complain) and had my car key lasercut on site in 5 minutes. Very friendly. I shopped around and his price is better than anywhere else I called by about $40. Definitely reccomend.

Morning on Monday. My daughter and I were both well prepared for the office and the school day. I asked her to get in the car when she was ready. I went to my car after waiting for ten minutes. Despite my best efforts, it will not open. It was secured. It was a really frustrating scenario. When I phoned Locksmith, I requested that they send a locksmith right away. The experience was simple, easy, we had good conversions while two keys and a key fob were whipped up. He came just after 6pm, despite it being dark and a little cold - which was as soon as I called.
