Johnny Locksmith provided excellent service at my new home! He has great attention to detail and walked me through my lock choices in a manner that was easy to understand. He thoroughly tested my new lock and answered any questions I had. I was so impressed with his work that I contacted my realtor and requested that he should be referred to their new clients.

Absolutely stellar service. Straightforward about pricing. And super fair. Always seems like he wants to do more for you. He even had an emergency lockout call in the middle of replacing and programming my key fob. He told that other client that he apologizes sincerely but he would be better off finding another locksmith only because it's urgent and quite frankly he's too far away. Honesty, positivity, professionalism, and true knowledge of his craft. I can't say enough about Nick. He'll be the first guy I call, if ever I need a locksmith.

This company was a life saver. I was lockout of my car the technician showed up within 15 min! They didn’t try and screw me over like other companies and he was very nice and pleasant guy and explained everything to me!

I needed to have repair work done to my front door lock. The service person from Metro Lock came and didn't even try to fix the problem. Instead, he wanted to charge me at least $500.00 for a new handle, etc. Fortunately, I found another company who fixed the issue--saved me $400.

All I have to say is WOW!I walked out of my office to use the restroom and slid the office door shut without locking it, only to find (with in a 2 minute period) that our cleaning lady locked the door after she clocked out.I go outside to find someone with a phone and LOW and BEHOLD the owner of The Lock Butler, Mendel Beck, was sitting there on the phone waiting for someone. He said hello, I responded with hello and what had happened. Without hesitation he came in and not only unlocked the door, but fixed the loose lock. What an amazing coincidence… the stars and Jupiter aligned…. lolThank you very much Mendel. I have added The Lock Butler to our vendor list!!
