I used this company to change my locks a few years ago, so when I needed then changed again I immediately contacted them. Tom answered my call promptly, and asked whether I was experiencing an emergency (requiring immediate assistance). I had time to take care of this, and Tom courteously kept in touch with me over the next few days to best accommodate my schedule (he even texted, making sure we were on the same page at all times. He offered to send a coworker, but I was in no rush! He (incredibly!) remembered me and my home a few years later! He is extremely pleasant, and completely professional. He offered a wide variety of extra security options and informed me on ALL options AND their prices before suggesting the CHEAPER option. He is honest and professional, and put me completely at ease. My daughter could not get her car key out of the ignition. She recently purchase this used car and the key had been giving her a problem. Nikolas from Advanced Lock Service came to the rescue.
