I called & was able to have my key fob programmed the same day. Andrew set an appointment time & when he found he was going to be a little late, he called to let me know. I had told him on our initial call that there was not an emergency so he should take care of lock-outs, etc. first.
After Andrew arrived, he was very efficient and had my new key fob programmed within about a half hour. Works great. I will call again if there is a need. Very happy.

Hector is an amazing guy. I locked myself out of my car, and he was here in 5 minutes. My car is a 2015 Kia Rio and he did it for me for $79, because I was a asu student. Fast and easy service!

I had one of the worst days I've had in a while when I lost my keys with my one and only car key on the ring. I had called a locksmith I found on Nextdoor, who referred me to another locksmith, who referred me to another locksmith and it felt like I was being given the runaround, leaving me unsure of what I should do. I asked around my circle of family and friends for recommendations, rather than take the word of a chain of people I didn't know and I'm glad I did because that's how I came across Todd with Alcatraz Locksmith. Todd was immediately responsive, quoted me a price within minutes, and came out to where my car was stuck at home in no time. He arrived and got right to work and I checked in and chatted with him for a bit too and the list of great qualities just kept growing, as I learned what a personable and standup guy he is. Reached out late Friday afternoon after I had
Triple AAA come to unlock my 2018 Prius.
Patrick asked me to research if the Key FOB was
a certain FCC letters, it was FBC. The Toyota dealer wanted to charge me $372 for the Key FOB & Blank key, plus $299 to Reprogram and tow my car to their
Service Department. I would use Advanced Lock Service again, they only charged me $293 and they came to my home in Chandler, AZ on Monday at 10:30 am. They were all done within an hour!
They also gave me the Paperwork & receipt I need as a AAA Premier member to qualify for my $150 Rebate... Thanks Advanced Lock Service!!!

I would think they would have more of the hard to find stuff. But its Luke any other locksmith. Had to find another one to get what I needed.

Mendel from Lock Butler was buying cookies at the end of my driveway from my two girl scouts - and not only did he take time to fix my failing front door lock mechanism, but he showed my kids how a lock worked while he was working on it. Excellent customer service and communication. Masters LLC made sure to get the information to verify the parts and service needed. He got the key fob the next day and was able to program and cut the new key fob the same afternoon. Master,s demonstrated knowledge and professionalism with each contact. Very pleasant personality. It took almost no time before the new key and fob was finished and tested. I could not have hoped for better service. I will definitely be use West Locksmith masters LLC again.

I've been using ALS for several years and they have never let me down. If I have any issues they have knowledgeable technicians that get stuff done fast.

AWESOME! A bit pricey, paying about 10% more than you should - so if you can shop around ... It's a little hard to figure out when copying a card to a key - so read the directions twice and fast before it times you out. Other than that great service that many just don't know about.

Home depot can do on the spot designed keys?? a bottle opener is good i guess.
