I had one of the worst days I've had in a while when I lost my keys with my one and only car key on the ring. I had called a locksmith I found on Nextdoor, who referred me to another locksmith, who referred me to another locksmith and it felt like I was being given the runaround, leaving me unsure of what I should do. I asked around my circle of family and friends for recommendations, rather than take the word of a chain of people I didn't know and I'm glad I did because that's how I came across Todd with Alcatraz Locksmith. Todd was immediately responsive, quoted me a price within minutes, and came out to where my car was stuck at home in no time. He arrived and got right to work and I checked in and chatted with him for a bit too and the list of great qualities just kept growing, as I learned what a personable and standup guy he is. I found that by going through this company I could request service,when I locked my self out of my studio, nia there chat/text messaging online via there web site. All I did was send then a picture of the lock and give them my location, and I was given a flat rate fee that was affordable! I was back in my place in less than thirty minutes total.
