I have an old 1990 Dodge Ramcharger and the key I got for the rear hatch from the guy I bought it from did not work. I called Todd and told him what I had and he instantly knew the car and they type of key it needed. I brought the truck to him and showed him what I had and he immediately knew I had the wrong key. He looked at the lock and guessed at the key number I needed; after getting the lock cylinder out of the rear hatch and looking up the code on the lock, the key he guessed was the right key. He cut it for me and it worked like a charm! I was only there for about 30 minutes. Great service and great knowledge. Thanks for the help.

Ernie Falgout is by far the most knowledgeable Locksmith you will ever meet! His prices are great and his response time exceptional. He does it all; door locks, car keys, cabinet keys and locks, lock outs... you name it, he does it. As an added bonus he is an all around nice guy and a pleasure to do business with. I see the negative review below stating that they are dishonest.. This is far from what I saw today. I would take what he says with a grain of salt as he obviously has some beef with them, just look he has wrote 17 reviews all bad for different company.. some people are just miserable people I guess. I don't do a lot of reviews but I am just to blown away not to. This is a old fashion handshake kind of company. I purchased a large heavy safe from them and had it delivered sight unseen. The safe exceeded my expectations, but what really blew me away was there service. Its no easy task to move something that is heavier then a Honda Civic but Jon and Dave did and amazing job. They took there time and did it right. I have a uneven floor where the safe was installed and they could have left it that way but took there time to fix the problem and shim the safe. I have brand new hardwood in the entire house and they also took there time to cover them with large sheets of aluminum and caused ZERO damage. I am sure someone could have come in and done it faster, but I highly doubt anyone could have come in and done it better, or more professional. This is one of those company that your grand daddy tells you about from back in there day that does it the right way and takes care of there customer.

We just bought a Kia Sedona and the dealership only gave us one key, probably hoping we’d buy the second key from them for $400+, but after doing some research we called Ran and he offered to come out same day but because of a schedule conflict we booked him for the next day. He called when he was 30-45 minutes out, came in the time frame he said he would, programmed a new official Kia fob and cut the backup key and was done within about 15 minutes. He tested the key and charged the amount we were quoted. Professional, fast, convenient and saved us lots of money!
