This is my first time using this company’s service. Hector is an angel on Earth. His kindness shined through from our first phone call all the way through the end of the service. In one of the most inconvenient moments you can think of, you should be so lucky as to have a locksmith like Hector working to unlock your door. Quick, efficient, and incredibly personable, I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

This guy, Todd, REALLY knows his stuff. And he's a great guy with a witty sense of humor. He went out of his way to help me. I highly recommend him!

I can't say enough nice things about this company, I called talked to Patrick , told him my ignition needed to be replaced , he was out to my home within an hour , I was totally blown away by his efficiency. His prices are get and his customer service was top notch. I will refer anyone I know needing lockout service or ignition repair to him .

Alon was absolutely wonderful in taking care of my lockout. My landlord called him for me and he came to me quickly. I was stuck outside in 95 degree weather, stuck on my roof trying to get into my windows in a panic, and he handled everything smoothly for my house doors so I could get to my doctor's appointment. Recently I had Geronimo Locksmith programmed an extra 2018 Altima proximity keyless entry fob. Geronimo has done with his perfection and excellent customer care. The operator was a very unprofessional and was literally talking back to me with a childish attitude. I hope that guy was okay with loosing a customer. And when I told him to tell his driver to not come anymore because of how bad I was disrespected, he said ok and seemed very happy that the locksmith didn't have to show up anymore. Worst service in my entire life.

I like all of the above. Sean was on the time he said he would be there. Really 4mins early. He looked at my jeep for a few seconds,then got the tools he needed and had the door open quite quickly! Job well done!

Our door lock was broken and we could not open it. We called our friend who recommended us to contact this company. We called them and they came quickly to help us with the problem. The technician did his job very professionally, the price was affordable. I recommend this company to everyone!

I called pop a lock after I had called another company and was told that someone would be out to my home in about 25-35 minutes. After an hour I called the first company and the person I spoke to in the beginning said she didn't see an order. I said I spoke to you what do you mean you see an order. Then she said oh here it is the guy will call you shortly. The woman sounded like she was either sleeping or smoking pot. No personality what so ever. I decided to call Pop A Lock and spoke with Mendel who warned me about it being a possible scam with the first company after hearing my story. I have a quote and I said I needed to think about it. He sent me a link from ABC15 on a report they did on locksmith scams. Shortly there after Mendel called me back and asked if I wanted him to come out. He quoted me a rate that was better than the other one. So I told him to come out and when he arrived I told him that the other company finally arrived after talking to him. I told Mendel about the other company finally showing up and me telling them that I called someone else. I have to tell you Mendel was great ! He got here fast and totally understood my situation. So within minutes I finally got into my house. I can't thank Mendel enough for showing compassion and helping me. I highly recommend this company and based on my experience with Mendel I'm sure whoever get with this company will be amazing. Thanks again!
