Hector was amazing, service was outstanding, helped me out on the late night when another company did not want to wait for me and wanted to charge a sevice call... The sevice was great the price was fair. Definitely would recommend!!!

Not good at all. I called Metro and spoke with a very pleasant women Lori, i couldn't get my safe open and told her i was going away on Saturday and desperately needed my passport out of the safe,she said she could get some one out there same day to get it open, i asked her what the charge would be, she told me 150.00 i said great send him. I got a voice mail about an hour after i talked to her and she said she could not get someone out to my location, however, promises to have someone out the following day if that would be ok, I again explained the urgency of my situation and asked if she was sure ,she replied yes between 10 & 12, she was very nice and insured me that they would get it open and if they did not there would be no charge, i said ok. I was waiting that day it was around 11:00 and i got a call who identified himself as the manager of Metro and he told me that i was given the wrong information and now the charge was to be 400 dollars or they are not coming. No apology for the mis- information i was given, no 10, 20, or 30 % discount, no we will honor that rate ,nothing! The only thing this guy was, he was absolutely rude and no customer svc skills whatsoever, so ok i wasted 2 days now on a time sensitive matter because i called Metro, i told him that his customer svc skills needed some work and that i was going to write a very bad review. His reply was ok, i also told him since he was the manager i was going to share with the owner his treatment of my situation. I did this because I have been self employed with employees my whole life and if someone was possibly ruining my business i would very much like to be made aware. He said ok. I would not recommend this service and would not even trust a company that operates like this in my home.

Ernie was absolutely fantastic!!.. Very prompt and professional. I had all the locks (8) in my new home re-keyed. The price was more than fair and I feel extremely satisfied with his work! I will surely recommend Keys Please to friends and family.

I had an issue with my old door lock, and this locksmith service diagnosed and fixed the problem super quickly and efficiently! The locksmiths were friendly and knowledgeable. Affordable price also. I'd definitely use this company again! Recommend!

I came in with a postal lock that had frozen up. I tried everything to get it cleaned up but nothing doing. I took it in to this shop to see if it could be repaired or replaced. The replacement was restricted to just proprietary US Postal locks only but the gentleman worked on it for awhile cleaning it up with a special solution and got it working. It would have cost me over $50 to get the PO out there but ACME was able to do it as a favor. I'll be back. I really like the hometown feel of this place.

I recently used Guy's services. He not only quoted the services I needed, but made some helpful suggestions for other items. He saved me much effort, was available quickly, arrived on time, and worked quickly and professionally. Also a really nice 'guy' that you can tell works hard at excellent customer service and quality technical work. His prices were very reasonable!
