My wife locked the keys in the car agian. Lol I love her very much,
We had no problems with this company, we have only had 1 interaction with this company but nothing bad.
Guy showed up in his personal car with his little 5 yr old daughter and popped our door open for us in less than 5 mins. He wasn't rude or drunk or acting dumb in anyway. Never glanced at my wife's butt or anything. Just a good guy doing his job trying to make ends meet like the rest of us

Mendel once again, came and made me another key for my car. How fast and easy he was able to make my key was unbelievable. Within 20 minutes I was back in my own car, taking it home. All thanks to Mendel I was at peace tonight. Great service once again. ???

If I had not recently watched a documentary about locksmiths they would have taken me for 200$ to unlock a basic af 1997 car. They/website says as low as 48$ but when they get there all of a sudden the price jumps. The person you talk to more than likely is just a call center person. Does not live in your town! Be careful, be knowledgeable.

I ended up getting myself locked out of my condo with no spare key. Luckily for me Mendel is a lifesaver he got to me super quickly and got me inside my place. Super friendly and understanding to boot. Will most definitely be doing business here again if I should find myself in that situation.

Mendel was incredible. Came out to help at 12 am when i called another company in the area to check prices. They quoted 85+ and when they showed up they requested 500$. I called pop-a-lock and they quoted an exact 175$ and Mendel did a phenomenal job so quickly. I would recommend choosing them as a first choice.

Excellent service! I have a 2010 HHR that was inherited from my grandfather, we only had 1 key and my 2 year old son ran off with it never to be seen again. Believing I would have a long and complicated week ahead of me having to go through the dealership for a replacement I decided to give Pop A Lock a shot. Our technician Mendel came out at 9pm on labor day and did a fantastic job, in less than 45 min I had 2 complete keys and a spare for the door. He was courteous and professional, I would recommend their service to anyone else in the future, that kind you so much for the help!

After searching endlessly for my keys, I finally just cracked and called these guys up. I saw they had great reviews and I'm glad I chose them.

My tech was named Mendel and he showed up within 20 minutes. My friend ended up finding my keys while Mendel was helping me, but Mendel still went above and beyond.

He gave me a key that would just open the doors, since he already cut it, it just won't start the ignition. Perfect for those lock-out times.

He cut me a spare key from my original key and never once did I feel like I was getting. Same prices I was quoted for the spare in the beginning!

Fred Siders was amazing!!! He came to our house very quickly and opened our door for us right away. He was very kind and funny! Fast service, they arrived within 15 minutes of my call being locked out. I tried to jimmy the lock myself (unsuccessfully) and they repaired my door and gave me additional keys with very reasonable rates. Great customer service, highly recommend!

I accidentally locked my little dog in my car today and the man who came was not judgmental and fast. He opened my car and i was able to get her out safely. Pop a lock didn't charge me cuz my dog was in there and were so kind. An answer to my prayers on that morning. Thank God!

Picture this open house with people stacking up behind one and other like a Phoenix rush hour before covid. Only to find out the the front door doesn't lock or close. A fast Google search and we found Pop-A-Lock. Caleb was sent out to help and not only did he get the lock working to a point where it would be acceptable. He was professional exceptionally clean and took care in the work he did. If I ever have a lock need again I will call them first.

Woke up to head to work one morning and realized that I accidentally locked the keys inside of my 1999 Honda Prelude. I tried for over an hour to get them out myself, and after researching online I learned that my Prelude was particularly difficult to open up from the outside. I called Pop-A-Lock expecting to wait hours for somebody to come help me out, and to have my door weather stripping all torn apart. They arrived very quickly, and unlocked my door without needing to use a slim jim. The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again next time I need locksmith services.

Your calling a dispatcher who has no idea when the person will show up nor how much they’llcharge you. It’s outsourced to a different company. My receipt has a lower cost scratched out and the highest price he figured I could afford charged. Theives taking advantage of the situation

Pop-A-Lock was there for me when I was recently overcharged about $300 by some nasty 24/7 locksmith company. Tiffany, Mendel, and Deric all did a great job at giving me a 2nd letter of opinion and advice for a course of action when they really had no obligation to. Great customer service and I think the employees here all have their hearts in the right place. Spread the word to your friends and BEWARE of scams.
