Called for ignition key , but services was no longer offered, but RJ was so nice and kind he gave me the number to another locksmith and some tips to use so that I will not get ripped off from other locksmiths. ( I really appreciate that advice bc the night before another locksmiths tried to get me to take out a loan for a replacement key… nono. )
In the future if I ever get locked out my home are if family and friends need a good trust worth locksmith for residential lockout he will be the first one we call ?

If you have a problem with RJ, you have to go through me. He is much more than just a locksmith. However, he's the best darn locksmith there is. Book him ASAP. He is a modern guy with those good old business morals and values. He was on time, reliable, and had very intersting things to talk about. There was not one dull moment. Initially, I would have given this a 5-star review. However, after the experience with a follow-up phone call, I cannot recommend this business. We just moved into a house in Goodyear and wanted all of the locks changed, which was done, and well done. However, the person who came out had difficulty with the front door. As a result, the open mechanism just stopped working. I called and asked if someone could come out and help figure out the problem, and here's where things took a major turn for the worst. Whomever I spoke to on the phone argued with me that this was none of their concern and I needed to call a contractor. A contractor to replace a miss-installed front door lock. I've never heard of such a thing. It was an extraordinary rude conversation. Instead of trying to work with me on a solution, I was told every reason under the sun why it was not their concern. Look elsewhere.

Rick arrived early, reviewed my request to change 5 keys for 7 locks to one key. All my requests were dealt with professionally and he fixed a couple of locks, no charge. His Quality of work 5*, Price more than fair 5*, and Rick is a very pleasant person to work with 5*. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again when needed.

I'm very impressed. RJ took care of several locks for me and he was friendly and professional. Great service and fair prices. I will recommend him to my friends and I would definitely use him again. When he noticed that my front door hinges squeaked, he even fixed that even though he didn't need to. That kind of attention to detail and customer service really means a lot to me.
Rick is beyond excellent as a locksmith and as a person as well. When you meet him, it's as if you'd known each other for a long time previously. That said, his knowledge of the locksmith trade is unmatched and in working at our property (we had our home re-keyed) he was tenacious when he hit a snag with a door knob that just wouldn't come off. Also, his prices were very fair given how hard he worked and what the competition charges. Overall, I cannot highly recommend RJ Locksmith enough, and since you don't know what kind of a locksmith you'll get in advance until they arrive, let me allay your fears--this guy is really the best hands down.

Awesome, Awesome service!!! Can't believe there's only a few reviews on here... I lost my mailbox key and needed a replacement. Wife called around but got a couple of bad offers from what sounded like scammer. Rick offered a set price for what we needed from the beginning so we never got additional charges after the job. Rick was quickly responsive to our need, considering I live in Buckeye. Service was fast, honest and extremely fair-priced. I'm a frugal guy but I felt that I ripped him off after the service I received. Rick is definitely a professional. I NEVER write reviews on anything but this one was well deserved. I hope this helps for whoever is trying to decide on a locksmith.

Excellent customer service! I called early in the morning because I was locked out of my house and Rick arrived quickly and ready to work. He made sure to exhaust all possibilities of entering before destroying my lock, and he was able to get in without having to replace anything! It's great to see an honest, local locksmith with a trustworthy service. Definitely the guy to call if you're in a bind or if you need your locks changed!

Amazing! Simply amazing, beautiful, THOROUGH work! I'm sold. Rick is a master at the art of locksmithing. He re-keyed 16 locks, gave me a major tip on how to care for the mechanisms when I experience difficulty turning the key, AND entertained my inquisitive nature. (Thankfully I was his last client of the day.)

Called R J Locksmith and made an appointment for the following day to redo all the locks in our home. Rick arrived on time and re-keyed all the locks, took care of squeaky hinges, and adjusted what ever needed to be adjusted to have our front door latch when closed. Rick was amazing! Came to my house when he said he would and even though it was multiple locks that had to be rekeyed he finished quickly. Even made a couple of extra keys for me and we checked every lock to make sure they worked. Great price, great service, highly recommend him.

Thanksgiving eve I of course locked my keys inside the car while it was running trying to get to work. The first person I called was Rick he hurried and came to the rescue. I originally called a few other locksmith in the area first but they all seemed to be rip offs, they would keep the price open and seem to be very vague. One even hung up on me when I started asking more in depth questions about the cost of opening my car door. Then I came across RJs he was very professional and was very clear on the price. Not only did he help me get back in my car the conversation was nice too. RJs got the job done fairly quickly and at a great price I will definitely call RJ up again if I ever lock myself out again!

Rick showed up quickly and rekeyed all of our house locks and even helped me reprogram my garage door opener. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, super nice guy.

Fantastic service! Went out of his way to go all the way downtown to help us out when we locked ourselves out of our car. He got there at the time he estimated and only took a few minutes to get our car open. He was very nice and easy to talk to. We will definitely be calling if we lock ourselves out again.

Rick was a life saver! I locked my keys and phone in my car in a parking lot at Walmart in Avondale. When I was able to use a random persons phone, I found him and he drove from Sun City and rushed to me. I had my 3yr old son with me and had to pick up my other son from after school care. He came quick, and unlocked my car even quicker. He is such a friendly professional guy. I would highly highly recommend him! He deserves a 10 star! We just moved into our home - we have a total of 9 doors with 13 locks that needed to be re-keyed! Rick did a tremendous job for much less than I expected. He wouldn't even give me an estimate until he saw for himself what needed to be done, and then he gave me an incredible deal while explaining exactly what needed to be done for each different type of lock. LIFESAVER!! I called late afternoon on New Year’s Eve after I had locked my key in my rental cars trunk and was already late for family pictures. I was from out of state and he was the first company I tried and RJ was out to me within 25 minutes. He is amazing. He was able to get into the car within like 2 minutes which was quite impressive! I was so stressed and already running late and he made an awful situation totally ok and had me laughing at the end of it..... and did I mention he is CRAZY REASONABLE!! I would highly recommend him! Definitely call him first!
RJ did a excellent job on breaking in to my house Lol. I had double locks on 3 doors that all were smart locks Burgler free. RJ quoted me $80 for a estimated 45 minute job and spent nearly 3 hours going at it until he finished the job. After running Into numours problems, that were no simple job. RJ Still held his quote at $80. Excellent professional service.
Traveled to me and copied keys that were difficult to copy took his time and was very precise and a perfectionist when cutting keys. Rick is very nice and he is easy to talk to. I would highly recommend RJ Locksmith for anything regarding locks and keys.

After a walk, my son (2 years old) ran in front of me through the garage and went inside through the garage door and shut it, locking the dead bolt. He wouldn't unlock it for me so after alerting Avondale PD I called RJ. He was out right away and got my door open.

Did a fantastic job. Had a bedroom I was locked out of and another locksmith never showed up and didn't return my phone calls. I called RJ Locksmith and he had the door open quickly. This is the only locksmith I would ever call again.

We moved to Peoria AZ and, due to the circumstances surrounding the vacancy, decided a quick lock change would be prudent. Rick Jefferies (thus RJ) had left a card among the myriad come-on packages sitting our new homeowner's junk mail pile. Being in a hurry, and without time to do protracted due diligence, we called him. Are we ever glad we did! Rick came immediately, assessed the lock situation, explained the alternatives and the basis for each. He covered various locking methods which seemed non-sensical to us, and told us the reasons for their application.
Rick offered a quite reasonable quote, and, when we accepted, set to work right away. He efficiently tackled the assignment and did a beautiful job, curing our sketchy security situation and allaying our fears of intrusion and theft. In sum, Rick Jeffries is professional, reasonable, efficient, caring, and consummate professional. Just the type of man to whom you can fully entrust your confidence. It's a terrible time when you lock your keys out of your semi, unless you call Rick Jeffries with AJ locksmith , He's got such a great sense of humor he makes you forget all about your key problems... I highly recommend him very much, absolutely professional and very low rates. And he might even let you help and won't even charge you extra, what a guy.
This company is amazing within no time RJ locksmithing was able to help me get my key that I locked in my trunk out in no time! Would 10/10 recommend to a friend!

Thank you so much for helping my mother and I out!! I tried to get a broken key out of the lock. I managed to get it apart but could get no further. I called RJ Locksmith and he said he'd be right out. I couldn't stay late with my mother and he made it to the house right away! In spite of an old lock, no original key *old worn ones*, and not knowing how the lock came apart, RJ Locksmith was able to get the broken key out, ensure all keys worked, and put the lock back together. On a Saturday. With almost no wait time. At a reasonable rates! Thanks again for your help!

This guy helped me out a lot and with no hesitation. He unlocked my car and did a good job also his rates are amazing and affordable and no hidden fees.
Just used Rick for a move-in rekey and to replace one lock. Does what he says, shows up as promised, reasonable, locks lubed and good as new, and a really nice guy.
I would recommend Rick for anyone looking for a top-notch locksmith. He rekeyed 8 locks for me in no time, and provided some good conversation while I waited.
