I had a good experience here. I had to get copies of a do not duplicate key and they told me I needed a letter with my company letter which stated I had permission to make copies. I think this is awesome because not only is it professional, it helps to keep people safe. I appreciate that.

This company is the best in the valley at moving safes. They bring professional equipment, specialized for the task. They cover any areas where physical contact might occur on your property-in other words, they mask off your safe to keep it looking pretty in case it rubs against a railing on the trailer, etc, etc. Hands down I will not use any other safe moving company. Now that I've seen how impeccable these guys are, I will never hire anyone but Anderson. Believe me, I've experienced the other companies who send two burly guys without much of a clue. Anderson sends the best, guys who know what they're doing and are meticulous at not damaging your safe. Mine has a mirror black finish, and they always treat it with TLC. Go with Anderson. You will not be sorry. The caliber of their equipment is top notch, as well. I've had them move my safe twice.

Ive been with out a key for my motorcycle for quite some time now. but Alcatraz locksmith co came out did an awesome job getting me new keys. a lot cheaper than drilling out my locks. plus the experience was pretty cool and actually enjoyable. ill definitely use Alcatraz every time in the future

ACME Locksmith is one of the very few locksmith shops you can go into. Just about all were mobile and will tack on an additional fee just to get to you. I ordered a proximity key fob online. My car is equipped with push button ignition start. The fob came with directions to program it but I first had to go to locksmith or dealer to get it cut. Found ACME thru Google and Shawn helped me out right away and cut the key. When I got to my car I was following the directions that came with key but it wouldn't program. After awhile Shawn came out and started to help me but still car wouldn't start. We tried and tried. We were there a while trying to figure it out together and then suddenly success! My car is a Buick and the key fob indentation in center console to program new keys is facing the wrong way (door to door). Turned the fob so it was now oriented hood to trunk. It started when ignition button was pressed. We both gave a sigh of relief and happy. I'm recommending this place to everyone I know. You know, he didn't have to come out to try and help but he did. He's a pretty cool guy. Thanks Shawn! The first 2 pics shows how we placed the key cause that's what the indentation indicates the key should be, but it didn't work. Second pic is the position we moved it to. That worked. Hope this helps someone that finds themselves in the predicament I was in.

Over the weekend i misplaced my car keys, so as a consumer i was seeking the services of a locksmith. I came across your company and gave you a call. a tech was sent to my home we agreed upon a price of $ 220 for 1 key and a key fob, after 45mins he came to my door and said i cant do the job for the agreed price, it will cost more then a realized. right then and there i was skeptical. with an unlocked truck and no key i then decided to go to the chevy dealership with my vin number and have a key made. when i returned to my truck when i stick my key the ignition it would not turn, as pulled it out the entire ignition came with it. no one touched the ignition after your tech , so naturally i called him back over to my home to finish the job he started . he then came to my home to charge me $250 to fix his mistake as a consumer you can see why i may be upset the be charged for a service that wasn't completed correctly he ruined my ignition and didn't make me a key, he has offered to fix the ignition for a price which i feel is unfair because when this processed started the ignition was 100% fine that was the doing of your tech. Now if i let your tech fix the ignition there will be a key , most likely that key will not work for door locks, so if that is the case WHY would i want two keys when i had ONE key at the start of this headache. now lets also remember i went to the dealership and paid to have a key made, if your tech replaces the ignition and door locks ( because i do not want 2 keys i only want 1) then your tech has now cost me for that key since it would for these replacement parts he is offering. Bottom line is i want my truck to have a working ignition with ONE key for ignition and door locks and no headache. i am not looking for any problems i would hate to have to bring my case to the attorney generals office , as a stated in the beginning i was a consumer seeking a service you advertised to provided and yet your tech seemed to have made matters worse and much more costly for me and your company. Thank you .

Jeff is the only locksmith that I will use and refer out to all of my friends and family. Not only did he help me in a time of panic but he was so honest with me he even helped me so that my insurance company would reimburse me for part of the costs. Truly a one of a kind!!! These guys are amazing. Called up my dealer to get a spare key and they quoted $180. A few other locksmith quoted $120. Got a spare done for my 2018 Elantra for just $10. The shop itself is a well decorated and pleasing atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and will help you with your request. Will definitely come back here for more spares rather than going to Walmart.
