Just called to get an estimate and try to schedule someone for tomorrow morning. I was amazed at how little the person knew about the service. They couldn't tell me how many keys I'd get with the re-key and they couldn't tell me how much it would cost for each additional key. They seemed really disorganized. I did appreciate that they could give me an appointment almost immediately, hence the two stars. I did not choose this company because they did not seem to be familiar with their own pricing and their own services.

From first call to final service, locksmith master,s was responsive, professional, incredibly competent, understanding and cheerful. They made sure I knew when they would arrive (same day service, call 30 minutes ahead when on their way) and they went above and beyond, not only fixing the lock I called about but identifying and repairing a second door lock that needed serious help.
