My gun safe would not open, set an appointment with ACME . They sent an advance text, just like they said they would. Big Mike arrived, diagnosed the problem (bad keypad); Mike had a replacement keypad with him, replaced the keypad, -safe as good as new. Great guy and honest service. He helped me with a custom key that was for a Mazda miata and made it work for my mazda rx7. Pleasure to talk with and do business with. He's been in the game for 30 years and knows his stuff.

We have used Cactus Lock and Key numerous times and they have always been prompt and efficient in fixing our issues.

I was very impressed how Mike arrived at the exact time he said he would. He explained the fees to remove some padlocks I needed removed. He was very quick and efficient in getting the locks removed. I really like that I did not have to wait around long for him to arrive. He did a great job!

I needed a new key made immediately. I called this company and they got me in right away. The service was quick and the price was fair, so I would definitely recommend it!

Rick is beyond excellent as a locksmith and as a person as well. When you meet him, it's as if you'd known each other for a long time previously. That said, his knowledge of the locksmith trade is unmatched and in working at our property (we had our home re-keyed) he was tenacious when he hit a snag with a door knob that just wouldn't come off. Also, his prices were very fair given how hard he worked and what the competition charges. Overall, I cannot highly recommend RJ Locksmith enough, and since you don't know what kind of a locksmith you'll get in advance until they arrive, let me allay your fears--this guy is really the best hands down.

On Sunday evening, I had a front door handle come off and a side door that wouldn’t lock. Daniel was called and he called me immediately and asked a lot of good questions to assess the situation before arriving. He was thorough, well spoken, thoughtful of my concerns and patient. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect and secure and even did a check on the other doors/locks in my home. Excellent service! I have a 2010 HHR that was inherited from my grandfather, we only had 1 key and my 2 year old son ran off with it never to be seen again. Believing I would have a long and complicated week ahead of me having to go through the dealership for a replacement I decided to give Pop A Lock a shot. Our technician Mendel came out at 9pm on labor day and did a fantastic job, in less than 45 min I had 2 complete keys and a spare for the door.
