Tree Pros sent their tree specialist out to tell me what needed to be done to save one of my trees. They suggested a deep root fertilization and gave me a fair price. I was happy with their technician and my tree looks better already!

On 8/13/21 Hayward tree service was hired to cut down 2 Cottonwood trees at my neighbors house.. they wanted to access my neighbors RV gate thru my yard..I told them my septic system was there. crew chief said he wouldn’t even drive his Pick up truck over a specific system..He said this heavy equipment (huge crane and 2 chipper trucks) could possibly damage the system.. He assured me he would find another route to access the neighbors back yard.. he said Would Not drive on my property!!!.. I left for work and when I came I saw the huge tire tracks in my yard.. over our leach field- We talked to our neighbor he said the crew chief said the ground was hard enough and he was gonna drive over our septic system..He said I gave him the ok!!Our neighbor said thought that was weird since I told our neighbor they can’t drive on our property because of the septic system.. Called the office and Lott office manager who had owners wife Amber called us back- She was the rudest and definitely no customer service.. she said talk to crew chief he said I gave him permission.. A Down Right Lie!!!!We got no cooperation from her..She was actually rude to us..We have to have the system tested and we did file a police report.. We also have witness’s that saw the crane and 2 chipper trucks in our property!!This company is Horrible!! I will file a complaint with Angi list and The BBB

Great customer service. The fit is superb. Waited a few years and did as much research before this purchase and it is well worth the money spent. Tried 5 different brands (Sordins, Peltors, Opscore to list) of over the ear hearing protection and the H&S is by far a better choice. Thanks for a great experience. ??

Hector's crew did a great job of trimming my two trees and cleaning up after the work was done. They have a good eye for trimming and my trees always look great. I have been using DTM for many years and have never had a single problem. Walt is always professional and I appreciate the reminders. One less thing for me to track.

Knowledgeable about tree care. I called them about young pale verdes that I planted last year. Scott had a lot of good advices on how to take care of them and told me that I didn't need to touch them until next year. I appreciated that. He was quick and responsive. I will call him again next year --- this is a guy who knows trees. I feel like my trees will be in good hands with him

Trees for needs trimmed a very large tree and removed another one from my front yard. The staff was prompt, professional and left the work area very clean. Jennifer in the office was polite, knowledgeable and kept us informed. I would highly recommend this company.

Bill is an honest arborist - - regrettably am endangered species - - with many years of experience in the valley. He worked out an issue with our trees which helped so much with a neighbor’s complaint that they made a special effort to come by and share their appreciation.

The day after Thanksgiving my huge Eucalyptus tree fell on my house. I was leaving for China the next day. Mike from Tree Trimmers came right over even though it was holiday weekend. He evaluated the situation and made plans to take care of the situation while I was away. It was amazing. Fabulous work in an emergency situation. He worked with my neighbor while I was away and everything went perfectly. I am truly grateful.

I worked out a deal the BJs landscaping to come and do an initial clean up of my house and then scheduled bi weekly maintenance. They arrived on time and did a great job. My yard was a night day difference.

In my backyard looks amazing! They did excellent work, were very timely, and it was very easy to coordinate. I will be using their services again!

EASILY the best tree service in Phoenix and it's not even close. In one day, Jesse & his crew came out and transformed our yard, to include pruning/trimming/cleaning/etc of over ten trees. The service was outstanding and they did the job we asked them to do, but what is making me write this review is the conversation I had with Jesse about our yard. This is a man who is as passionate and knowledgeable as they come. I said he should have a YouTube channel to educate people properly on lawn/tree care because I was truly impressed at how easily he communicated his knowledge to me. Absolutely wonderful experience. Very professional from first phone call with Julie to the estimate from Edward to the team removing the tree all done in less than a week.
