Great Service from start to finish. We had a little trouble getting the office to get somebody to get us a quote, but after that was ironed out we were very impressed by the service we received. Arrowhead came to our site for not only a quote, but also to consult and propose solutions to our challenging pool deck and backyard travertine remodeling. We requested 4 quotes before we made a decision to go with Arrowhead, not because they were the lowest price, but because they presented us with practical solutions to some of our unique problems.

Once the remodeling started they stayed on the project until finished. After it was completed we discovered some minor issues that they promptly addressed.

We were very satisfied with the great job Arrowhead did on our pool deck and adjacent backyard area. They were easy to deal with during the remodeling and they transformed a very bad situation into an extremely attractive pool deck and adjacent patio.

From start to finish if this was a very easy process. Great communication with Justin and the team. Every contractor that came out whether it was electrical, plumbing or the resurfacing crew were very respectful and professional. Everyone was very timely with showing up and did their best trying to keep the noise down as much as they could because I do work at home. My overall experience was just awesome. My project was done in less time than originally estimated even with weather delay.
I will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Arrowhead Deck and pools is an awesome place needed my pool deck resurfaced. Researched many different companies and Arrowhead Deck and Pool had a 5 star rating. Want to the office and talked to John the owner he explained everything that they would do. Thomas came and measured the deck give us the price and if you commit the same day you receive 5% off crew came ground off the old deck they are every clean covered the pool covered the patio items they did awesome job under the leadership of supervisor Chris. Great customer service great crew's great supervisor's. On a scale of 1to 10 they are a 11. This summer, Arrowhead resurfaced our pool and spa, tiled the waterline and edge, resurfaced the pool surround and patio and replaced our spa heater. The project manager was so helpful with advice and finding economical crews to do some plumbing and tree work and was just all around pleasant to work with. The crews were amazing-fast work and high quality. Can't recommend them highly enough. I'd give them 10 stars if that were possible.

I used Arrowhead to revitalize my old plaster pool with pebble tech and new tile. I had several quotes with different companies and not only was Arrowhead a great value, it also had the most upfront communicative and friendly staff. The sales person (Caleb) was not pushy and really let me lead the way on what I wanted to do with my project. Once the project started (Justin) the project manager made the extra effort to stop by my house and get a visual on the project, when the work started he was extremely effective at communicating times and dates. This communication allowed me to live my life (with a six month old) without having to be surprised by contractors at my house. They use subs(like most companies) but all of the sub Crews they used were fast, effective and committed to leaving my yard as it was when they got there. This spring I will be doing landscape and turf work and it’s not a question who I will use to do the work. Highly recommend!

Pete and Carlos were my construction bosses. They did a fantastic job! My remodel was a difficult job. My old pool was leaking an inch a day. They had to figure out the leak and how to fix the problem.
I needed a complete remodel including new deck. They got it all done for me in 2 months! I am very happy and highly recommend them.

I started with a quote in June of 2022 and still fighting with the owner of the company to have repairs finished.

The crew that came to my house originally did not speak a word of English and were very unprofessional.

I expressed my concerns after the crew had finished and the attempts that were made to fix the issues caused more issues to my entire pool system.

The owner refuses to fix the pool properly and only offers Band-Aid options because it will cost him more money.

I requested a meeting to fix this and was threatened with lawsuits and liens.

I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company unless you like high prices for shoddy workmanship

Justin and his crew did a wonderful job installing travertine over our old patio. I am a very picky guy and had a few concerns at the beginning. But all of my worries were for nothing and the patio came out perfectly. There were four of us homeowners who had our patios done at the same time and we all love the outcome. I would highly recommend Arrowhead Deck and Pools and Justin’s team to anyone who is looking for the best quality. Thanks guys, we love our patios!

What a fantastic experience. Can’t say enough about the whole team at arrowhead deck. My 1998 kool deck and cement patio were looking tired and old. We decided to go with travertine pavers and so happy we did. The whole yard looks like a resort. Only complaint is now we realize the rest of the yard needs a refresh :). But that’s a good thing. Arrowhead delivered on everything they promised which is so rare today. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop but it never did. The crews attention to detail was second to none. No skipping the details. Everything was done on schedule.

I hired John, the owner, to do a big project of stamped cement for our driveway/sidewalk and the pool deck. Sorry, I don’t have before pictures but I included a couple of after pictures. John was nice, smart and informative for the bidding process. The work crew was even better! Prompt, skillful and respectful of us and our property. They worked through some challenges presented by the weather (which rained on their work unexpectedly forcing them to redo a big chunk of the work) and hidden irrigation lines (where they shouldn’t have been).

The project was completed and is everything I wanted it to be. Couldn’t be happier.

These folks did great work resurfacing the deck at our community pool. They took great care in properly prepping and repairing the underlying surfaces before applying the material and color. End product looks awesome!

This is the best company!! Our project manager was Cory and he did a phenomenal job!! He always returned calls was very professional. These types of things can be stressful and Cory handled everything promptly. I would strongly recommend this company for any pool remodeling you might be considering. Arrowhead and their employees remodeled my parents' pool, and they did a fantastic job! They were extremely professional from start to finish, and made sure all questions we had were answered along the way. We recently used Arrowhead Decking to resurface our backyard patios and cool decking. The crew was awesome. Professional, informative outstanding customer service. We had anticipated a big mess. We officially signed the contract and have the ball rolling to finish our pool and decking plus some other things we were able to get because they worked us such a deal!! Justin blows my mind with his work ethic, you don’t see work ethic like that often. He offered to bring his truck in his free time and help us get rid of some stuff so we could get a better deal!! John and his warehouse staff were so incredible and patient with us as we tested and ran in and out to see what the sun hitting it looked like and testing almost every tile… Nobel peace prize for patience? Plus they helped us decide when we were at a total standstill stuck on two combination options we loved. Not only did she help us make a decision but it was a unanimous one!

From the estimate to the completion of our project the experience dealing with the company and the 2 person work crew was easy and exceeded expectations. The project was scheduled for 5 days, and that was exactly what happened...the work was professional, quality and with positive interaction with Chris and Lolo (?). They made sure we were satisfied every step of the way with the quality.
If you need a pool deck or patio refurbished, etc. you owe it to yourself to give this company consideration.

Started out with great customer service by Justin Hall; he bent over backwards to try to help us stay within our budget. Unfortunately the project manager, John F. ruined the deal by trying to suck more money out of us by trying to convince us to let them do more than we originally wanted. We were very specific on our budget, and knew exact materials that we wanted. We never received itemized quotes for the extra sections of the project after numerous requests. Finally, John sent us an email seemingly irritated with US, and said the new price for all work would be over $30K ($10K over what we told him our budget was), with a take it or leave it attitude. Needless to say, we left it. I hope for Justin's sake he does not get paired up with John F. again on future jobs. What an unfortunate loss of a customer.

Arrowhead expanded the cool decking that had been installed by the previous home owner, resurfaced the entire decking area, and updated the pool to include removal of some of the pebbletec edge and installation of tile at the waterline. The teams that came in to do the concrete removal, new pours and customization of the new deck surface were professional, careful and respectful when working within our property and very anxious to ensure we were happy with their work. The office team was always helpful and responsive to questions. Great job!

Absolutely love the results. Our rear patio was in need of repairing due to de-lamination, cracking and fading. John, from Arrowhead Deck and Concrete, stopped by and gave us his recommendations along with the costs. While he was here, we asked him about our aging pool deck surface, a side patio with a sidewalk,  a front entry area with two sidewalks and the possibility of pouring another sidewalk along the otherside of our house. He took all the measurements, offered ideas and samples and gave us itemized quotes for everything. Very professional and he knows his stuff. Within two weeks a work crew showed up to begin work on the rear patio and the pool deck. Martin and Luis were a real pleasure to work with for the five day duration of the projects.  Very skilled and meticulous!  They completely removed the damaged concrete overlay from the patio and then resurfaced the pool deck area and patio using the same color and textured surfacing.  Martin worked with us to get the perfect color we were hoping for.  Needless to say, we will definitely request this crew again when we tackle the other concrete areas. The communications with their office personnel, Kari and Donna, was great as well. Kept me up to date on everything. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of our project.  We highly recommend Arrowhead!

Arrowhead Deck resurfaced my front patio using the stamped concrete technique. It looks great, and I have already received many compliments! Chris and his crew did an exceptional job! Chris is very personable and makes sure you are satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend Arrowhead Deck.

Arrowhead Deck and Pool removed the flagstone around my pool and replaced it with new decking done with travatine stone. They did an amazing job. The crew was very professional, and friendly. They finished in 3 days and cleaned up the whole area, completely! I would recommend this company to anyone needing any work done relating to their pool and decking needs. This was a home project of tile removal around the pool and then resurface with a standard lace texture. A compete success!!! I was not sure it could be done but Arrowhead did a fantastic job. What I really appreciated was the communication from beginning to end. The work was done during a wet December and January so there were challenges. They worked through them, kept me informed and always showed when they said they would. The owners, John and Catherine, as well as Kari in the office were great. I will hire them for future work for sure. Highly recommend.

Arrowhead Deck and Pools put in a paver stone walkway and drainage for me. Their work was excellent. The walkway is beautiful. The worker were very professional and took pride in their work. Office staff where very helpful thought the project. Going above and beyond to make sure my experience with their company was exceptional. Arrowhead repaired a damaged portion of the concrete slab that was the base for cool deck replacement and demolished the old cool deck and replaced it with a very nice one that is very attractive. I am very pleased with the results. It took a couple visits to complete the cleanup but we are now enjoying the product of the Arrowhead teams good work.

Arrowhead Deck and Pools was fantastic to work with. They took our old ugly concrete patio from ordinary to extraordinary. We had pavers installed over the concrete and had the patio extended. We couldn't be happier. Everyone we had contact with was professional, knowledgeable, and on time. We would recommend them to anyone who needs help beautifying their outdoor living area.

We had our pool resurfaced. That work also included removing the old pebble rolled bond beam which was replaced with travertine as well as adding a row of tile at the water line. The job took 8 days with everyone out every day which we requested. Everything went great and as requested. The finished product looks awesome. As always everyone at Arrowhead was a pleasure to work with as always. We also had our patio deck & walkways redone by Arrowhead a couple years ago. That job was done just as this was which is why we used Arrowhead again. You won't be sorry.

We are very satisfied with the territorial 3 stone pattern patio pavers. The concrete work on the edging was impressive as we had not seen that on other patios that we had checked out ahead of time. The pavers around the two trees was done well. It was great to work with the office staff. They were professional and followed up via computer contacts timely and very friendly! They answered our questions and provided options for us to consider. The installers were extremely efficient and so fast. The team appeared to work well together. The guys were friendly and respectful cleaning up at the end of the project!! We've gotten many, many compliments from the neighbors. This is an absolutely outstanding company from start to finish. We recently added a section of concrete around our existing cool deck and Resurfaced the entire area with new coatings. They were prompt, professional, affordable, and most importantly, did a beautiful job on our pool area. The color is perfect and their attention to detail is second to none. We asked Arrowhead Deck and Pool to recoat our drive way and coating all the way down the side of our home. In addition we asked them to redo our front porch with a multicolor stone looking overlay. They did a most fantastic job with which we are Most Pleased.

They started when they stated they would, they kept to schedule. Chris and his team continuously asked us as they went along if all was as we desired. They made sure at every step that the colors were exactly as we desired. It seemed that they wanted to make sure we got just what we wanted.

Arrowhead replaced part of the concrete on our pool decking. They replaced our water line pool tiles with glass tiles, then resurfaced our pool decking. The teams working on our job were focused on providing a high quality job. They also were conscientious about cleaning up after themselves.
Unfortunately the communications sent from the office weren’t always accurate...indicating the pool must have water for a particular jobs to be completed (although Arrowhead drained the pool), and also sending a past due notice prior to the job being completed, Although there were some small wrinkles, we would recommend Arrowhead Deck and Pool.

They redid the cool decking on the deck around our pool. They did a great job. The deck looks fantastic. They did all the work as scheduled. We are very pleased with the service and with the quality of the work. I would use them again. I would gladly recommend them to friends, family, etc.

Arrowhead Deck and pools has some of the worst customer service ever. They are ripping my good friend Tyler off for $28,000 and are refusing to finish their work. Do not use them if you have any morals

The medium size project that we had was handled in a professional manner and the design and type of coverings really look great. Like a lot of things, sometimes things that have a glitch for whatever reason was handled promptly and the nice part was the company foreman (Chris) and workers were responsive and easy to work with. Arrowhead Deck and Pools installed travertine on our back patio and around the pool. It turned out beautiful and we are extremely happy with the result. Everyone we dealt with, including the salesman, office staff, and installation workers, were professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this company.

Did not show up on time had to call the office to find out the guy had a flat tire and was running late. Came around 10 am and was by himself on a job that should have been a 2 man job. Came back the next day with some help. Poured a sidewalk and extended the patio. Sidewalk look terrible with dark spots and staining . Also put a spike thru my irrigation and I hade to call someone to repair. Guy came back Saturday to finish and I felt bad he was by himself again so I shoveled dirt and broken ceramic tiles and bagged them up for garbage. They came 3 weeks later and where late again. Had to call the office to see when they were coming. They did repair the sidewalk and it looks good and the patio looks good as well but I would not recommend them. Payed a premium price for average at best service.

My pool decking was looking pretty shabby; cracks and chips everywhere. Arrowhead came and gave me a quote. From that initial visit to the time they finished, I felt extremely comfortable with their expertise and plan of action. The finished work was more than I anticipated. I am extremely pleased with my new decking and would highly recommend this company.

Arrowhead got right on the job of getting my patio done in a quick timely manner, Corey did a very good job on the concrete work I would recommend him to anyone. Corey took pride in his work and his professionalism toward the job.

I reached out for an estimate. I received an impersonal bot style communication. Company responded to say there is a $5,000 minimum so if I want to proceed provide my name and address. I had to ask if I was talking to a bot. Response:this is a person. I concluded this company did not need my business. Do better.
