We used this company years ago for garage cabinets and had a fabulous experience. When it came time to do our closet, we knew we wanted to use them. The designer was able to come out and get our design to us very quickly. However, when I wanted to change things or had a question, communication was awful. I would have to follow up several times to get a response. It was super frustrating. Fast forward to our install, at first glance, our closet turned out great. But upon closer inspection, there were tons if little dings and areas where the finish was chippped. We decided to let it go. A week or so later I was sitting on the floor painting baseboards and noticed a gigantic damaged area- it could not be seen unless you are on the ground. The installers HAD to have known this was damaged and chose to install it anyways. They assumed we would never notice. For a $7000+ closet, this is unacceptable. In order to fix this, an entire wall of the closet will need to be removed- I will have to take a day off work, take everything out of my closet again, and clean up the sawdust mess again. The closet goes all the way up to the ceiling, so the ceiling drywall would inevitably get dinged up and need drywall repairs and paint touch ups, etc. In other words, this is not an easy fix. I am SO mad that their installers felt it was acceptable to install damaged pieces. But, the lack of customer service is even more frustrating. I don’t want the closet redone, but feel that they owe me a portion of my money back. Their customer service department refuses to discuss this with me despite multiple calls to them. I do not recommend this company unless you’re ok with getting a damaged $7000 product.

A beautiful design by Matt and awesome installation by John. I’m totally impressed and so very happy with the results. There were no delays and I got my birthday present right on time today!

John is a fantastic installer!! He did a wonderful job and cleaned up leaving the area he worked in spotless. The drawers and doors are hung with precision!

Space Solutions did a great job building out 2 closets for us. Everything is so organized now. We love the way they turned out and they even have baseboard moldings. You can pick from several colors and different hardware to make them unique.

I am so pleased with this company only one since moving to Arizona 4 years ago consistently does a great job. I had first done a built in desk with file cabinets and a wall unit behind (so classy) then a mud room ,my wife had a shoe rack, and finally a complete closet done like a pro looks beautiful. Space solutions installed a significant amount of garage cabinetry and epoxy on my 1100 sqft garage floor. The whole project turned out amazing!! Was able to select the look that I wanted from a substantial number of options. The installation was done in a very organized and efficient way. I can't say enough about the professionalism of this company. They did a beautiful job of install new cabinets in our garage a few years ago. This year I had a problem with one of the doors and they came right out and fixed it and checked all the hinges the other doors. I had them build and install a wall unit for my home office. Every single person I interacted with was kind and professional. The cabinetry was beautiful and very well constructed. I highly recommend this company.

We have used space solutions for 3 different areas of our home. They have always been extremely responsive and very professional. The first cabinets we had them install are in our Laundry room, that was 4 years ago. THen our Master Bath 2 years ago. Just had the Garage done and very happy with them a well. I had Space Solutions install garage cabinets about 2 years ago. This weekend, one of the doors of the cabinets came off. I called them, and within a few days they had someone out to fix the issue, and this was during holiday season. Prompt, professional, and reasonably priced for nice quality garage storage. The installation was hassle free and quick. Would’ve like for the initial assessor to have had a stud finder to more accurately assess for number of wall mounted bike racks and placement. We planned on 4, but discovered at time of install we could only fit 3 in the space we allocated for bikes due to distancing of studs. Overall a very good experience and result. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

What a great company. Had 3 slat walls installed as well as an entire garage tool cabinet with cupboards. During the initial meeting everything needed was discussed including the installation date. Paperwork was then sent to me complete with diagrams. I was contacted the day before installation and the installation went very well. Ensure to ask for Jacob for a quality installation!

I was very happy with the final product of my master bedroom closet installation. From the time I ordered, it took less time than what was initially quoted, so I was happy with the speed and the quality.

I reached out to Space Solutions through Thumbtack to have a custom closet installed. I thought for sure that it would be out of our price range and was pleasantly surprised to find out I was wrong. We worked with Sean who walked us through all of the options and didn’t hesitate at all when we told him this was a gift and being paid for by my sister and brother in law in Chicago. I had other companies refuse to work with us because of that. I would recommend Sean at Space Solutions to anyone!

Great job. Our garage looks so sleek and tidy with the wall cabinets that were installed. The price and quality of product was better than we expected.

Enjoyed working with Matt. The install crew was very good. We had one problem with the hinge attachment that they immediately fixed. Our only complaint is we think the hinges are a little weak and don’t really hold the doors closed—occasionally they float out a little and have to be pushed in. Overall great value for the price.

I have made multiple repairs to fully secure the cabinet doors. Space Solutions uses an inferior workmanship style of staples and glue to hold the cabinet front on (that facing has to hold the very heavy compressed wood doors and hinges). They refused to honor the warranty they provided to me, but I am quite capable to glue the facing and add wood screws to secure it correctly - I just shouldn’t have to. I complained to BBB, but Space Solutions, even though they did not rely to BBB within BBB’s requested timeframe (on multiple occasions) had their rating unaffected (according to BBB, because Space Solutions offered a slight reduction to their service fee to fix their poor workmanship). No thanks. There was a full warranty, which I was forced to prove repeatedly to BBB and Space Solutions. Pick another company-plenty of others out there!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Professional —- quality materials —- arrived on time & did a beautiful installation, and all for a great price. Installer cleaned the entire unit upon completion, including washing out all drawers and cabinet shelves. This business deserves 10 stars.

I am finally posting about this company as I was hoping the initial bad experience would prove to be a small hiccup in the actual project. I had them install shelves in my office a couple of years ago. I had everything ready to go. When they came for install they didn't do the correct measurements. They put holes in my wall that they never patched, and had incorrect counter-top and hardware. Basically the emails weren't read and they made me feel like they just wanted money and they were doing whatever they wanted to my office.
Now, they corrected most everything except for the white counter tops, and the holes in my wall, but for the sake of just getting it done I settled. Fast forward a couple of years and the product is cheap. the facing is coming off and the molding they put up top was NOT coped out and is now separating. Not to mention they did not match the molding to my existing molding. They had good intentions but the stylist did not understand or follow the email. I know they wanted to get in and get out, but this is really not worth their price. Very nice guys with good intentions, just the wrong product and know how. I am having it redone by another company and finishing the other side of my office.

Absolutely impressed with our garage system cabinetry and so are many of our neighbors! Referrals and satisfaction has got to be the best way to get business and for sure, Space Solutions and the salesperson Mark, are getting tons from us!

Working with this company has been great, we have used them for cabinets and floor surfacing in the garage, master walk in closet and then our daughts walking. There are plenty of space and storage solution companies in the valley to choose from. I STRONGLY recoMmend choosing any other one besides Space Solutions in Phx.
They have a design flaw that they will not stand behind even though they tell you they give you a life time warranty.
None of the boards or any part of the cabinet is secured by screws to the wall, only stapled to the sheetrock with 18ga crown staples, not even any glue used. Over time the staples will come loose from the gypsum/sheetrock.
The entire weight and support of the cabinets and what ever you put inside is supported on the base of the cabinet which is made of WAFER/PARTICLE board, which we all know is sawdust glued together.
We all know all to well with the Arizona heat that eventually glue dries out and no longer has a bonding. When this happens, only after a couple of years, the cabinets start to pull away from the wall because this wafer/partical board they use on the base for the entire support starts to crumble.
I would have saved $1000 if I just would have bought the junk from IKEA.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted the Registrar of Contractors and hopefully they will force Space Solutions to fix my garage cabinets but a consumer should not have to go to this extent to have a warranty honored for a product that clearly has a design flaw.
Again, DO NOT BUY FROM SPACE SOLUTIONS ON WILLIAMS DR IN PHX AZ. THEIR PRODUCT AND WARRANTY ARE JUNK!!!!!
