Response Crew Handyman

Response Crew is my new favorite handyman company. We had a hot water leak that resulted in the need for some drywall, baseboard, and carpet removal for a drying out process of everything affected by the leak. Per our insurance company, two different construction companies came out to give us an estimate on needed repairs. When it came time to schedule, neither of the other companies were responsive. I called Response Crew, and they scheduled us for repairs in less than 2 weeks!

The intake process is really simple. I emailed Response Crew a report of what we needed fixed and photos of the job. They sent back an estimate for labor and said any needed materials would be charged at actual cost (no mark-ups).

On the day of service, Jack called prior to the service window time to let me know he was on the way. Jack and David arrived on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They completed the work as discussed in my emails with Response Crew, and even finished a little earlier than expected.

Of note: we still need some carpet padding replaced and a small area of carpet re-installed, but Response Crew let me know ahead of time that they don’t contract for flooring needs.

I highly recommend Response Crew for any household repairs that they contract for. This is the second time we have worked with them, and we have been very pleased with their work and communication on both projects. They also seem to have very fair and transparent pricing, which is always nice. Thanks Response Crew!

I have to replace the under-cabinet microwave with a range hood to better vent out the kitchen air. When I requested the quote, there are only few responses, and one is not available (booked out till September), one is out of service area, the only positive feedback is Response Crew.

Kelly arrived early before the scheduled time, and tried his best to do the job. However, the scope of the project given to him was not completely the way I mentioned in my quote. I stated that after installing the range hood there are back splash tiles need to be patched up, Kelly was not aware of this, and said they do not provide tile service. I wish they had made that clear.

Also, because the weight and location of the 2 machines, the job usually requires 2 persons to better proceed. I hope the company will consider to equip the technicians with jacks or other appropriate tools to handle the job in the future. In any case, I helped Kelly to finish the job as much as I can with limited supplies from Lowe's (the duct pipes are not flexible, so Kelly needed to do some improvise).

Overall, for the time and cost spent on this project, we are good with the end result.

Great experience. Jack arrived to install 6 new ceiling fans as well as replace some of our wall switches with smart switches. Really nice guy and he worked efficiently for the 5.5 hours he was with us. He stayed late to finish and we appreciated how he made sure everything was working and done right. Good pricing as well. We will definitely use Response Crew Handyman again in the future!

As a poor grad student, I thought I was doomed when the front door to the condo I rent was kicked in overnight. The deadbolt lock and door frame were irreparably damaged, so I was left without a way to lock the only entry door to my home during an extremely busy time in the semester. Luckily, I was quickly contacted by Jennifer with Response Crew after filling out an online form. After snapping a few photos and sending over an e-mail, I was provided with a reasonable quote the very next day. Jennifer understood my situation and that I needed this problem handled quickly and was able to schedule a service appointment within the week. The Response Crew member who fixed my door, Luis, was on-time, friendly, efficient, and went the extra mile: the three cats in my apartment were rather inquisitive of the work he was doing and he made sure that they didn't escape! The finished door looks like nothing ever happened. I was sent an invoice within two hours of the job being completed. The work took exactly as long as quoted, yet the finished project still came in under the quoted budget - a VERY nice surprise.

The company was easy to setup an appoint with and thorough with their estimate. I am able to drywall and spackle, but I cannot match texture. They came out to do the work, very professional with covering items in the kitchen and did not leave a mess.
After the texture dried and I put on a coat of paint, I felt that the texture did not match well enough and I called to inquire what can be done. I was told they would keep working until I was happy, and I really appreciate a company taking that approach. Texture is not easy! It came out great the second time and I would refer this company to others.

On November 7 2022 David from Response Crew came out to do a new installation of a bathroom fan. This job had a lot of moving parts. David had to first locate and cut a neat hole in the bathroom ceiling, then get into the attic and install the fan itself. Next, run fan exhaust ductwork across the attic and out. Finally, an electrical power line had to be fished up from the wall switch in the bathroom up to the fan. David did an excellent job. I've dealt with a lot of contractors in the past and feared all kinds of things going wrong, nothing did. I was really impressed. I would not hesitate to call Response Crew again.

I am so glad I found these guys. My handyman's name was Jack, he was friendly, super knowledgeable, and took care of the issues with my cabinet and door hinges. He was also able to identify the root cause of the issue for my ceiling fan. Great service and I felt they where transparent in their fees, which was a relief. I will definitely be reaching out to them in the future for any repairs.

The Response team is ALWAYS professional and eager to assist with work order requests. Mario (field technician) was onsite repairing a broken lock and did a great job. His level of communication with me was great and as a customer, much appreciated! Highly recommend this org.

We have been using Response Crew since 2018. The office staff are responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. The repair men always do a great job and are friendly as well. Pricing is reasonable. I always recommend them to friends and family.

Update: thanks for your response. Unfortunately I don’t know exactly where we were at. There were just two guys in The van at the time. Seeing how you probably have multiple vans I’m sure it’s not easy to identify. 2* for the employee and 5* for your response.

Not sure about work quality but the older guy driving in the van today was a complete jerk. We are simply waiting to get over in heavy traffic with our blinker on while he blasts his horn for about 10-15 seconds. So sorry you had to wait for 15seconds to be on you way.

Good experience with Response Crew, they were timely, estimated the job price within half an hour of the actual cost. The final cost less parts came close to $100 an hour which seemed fair for the overhead and good reputation.

I've enlisted Response Crew's services for various projects over the past 2 or 3 years - both in my own home and at work. They have always been wonderful to work with! Everyone from the owner to the technicians they employ are polite, helpful and truly care about their clients. Whether it's completing a bathroom renovation at home or helping out at work when we are short-staffed in maintenance, they are definitely my 'go-to' for home repairs & renovations.

Angel did a great job on our shower grout. Had some cracking and he was able to not only repair the issue but help in some creative solutions to prevent future issues. Will definitely use again.

Great Handyman service! We recently moved into a new home in Scottsdale and needed to have some heavy furniture hung on the walls. It was a tricky installation and Tim did an amazing job. He was efficient, effective and made sure to clean up everything when he was finished. He is coming back next week to do some more work for me. I was thrilled with the service. Also, Jennifer in the office was great with the scheduling. She is responsive and extremely helpful. I will definitely be using them again!

We were extremely pleased with Pauls workmanship and attention to detail. He was very clean and meticulous both of the times he’s come out. We really appreciate his extensive knowledge and experience. He fixed all of the little and bigger projects we had in a timely manner. Jennifer is extremely communicative, accommodating, and on top of scheduling. Glad we choose this company and will be sure to hire them again!

What a great find the Response Crew is for us! And an even greater find was our handyman, Kelly! Kelly is knowledgeable, courteous, and great at communicating in person and via text. Kelly replaced an exterior utility door--a pretty complicated task. Kelly checked out/measured the old door and searched diligently to find an EXACT replacement, got the door quickly ordered, and kept us in the loop on its arrival. Once the door arrived, Kelly removed the old door and all the rotted wood framing, installed the new door, repaired the stucco around the door, and painted the new door. Definitely worked the job in a high quality and efficient manner. I would recommend Kelly and the Response Crew hands down! We will be using them for all our home projects!

We had a leak in the wall and after the plumbers ripped the walls out and everything dried out I went looking for someone to put my bathrooms back together. Two back to back bathrooms needed drywall, paint with texture and vanities replaced. Response Crew was quick with the estimate, the techs showed up on time and the work was done professionally and at a very reasonable cost. I will keep Response Crew on my list of contractors for the next project we need done. Highly satisfied with the quality of the work and the price.

This is the second time I have used Response Crew and I cannot be happier with the service received both times. The tech this time was Gregg and he was great. Right on time, friendly and professional. He did a great job on our ceiling repair. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises.

Jack was the handyman who removed unnecessary wiring in our house. He was excellent. He was thorough and completed the job carefully and effectively. Amiable and hard working. Very glad he was able to do the job.

Very quick and efficient. I was getting an in-wall safe installed, but the spot I wanted it didn't have any wall studs needed for secure mounting. They were able to add internal framing for it without tearing up the whole wall. I really appreciate their ability to accommodate my needs and do high quality work.

Paul and Angel were a great team! Showed up on time, were pleasant and efficient and did exactly what I asked them to. They finished everything in a few hours that would have taken us days (or years). I would use them again and again…they have my unqualified endorsement!

I had the pleasure of working with Paul Smith of response crew. The job that I needed was to have an interior door installed. The door was a bit problematic and required some modifications. Paul was able to quickly identify the problem, and was able to quickly adjust his method for issues that arised. He had all the tools needed to complete the job, seemed very familiar with the process. He even went the extra mile (no pun intended) to go to home Depot and grab the correct door and install it. The door was a serious pain in my rear and I am grateful that Response Crew and Paul specifically were able to take care of it. Thanks Paul for your diligence and for being and overall solid guy.

We had the Response Crew out to our home twice once for removing the kitchen appliances and then re-installing them for our kitchen remodel. Both times they were very professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The remodel was not perfect but they were able to figure out a away to install the dishwasher that was a bit rough due to the remodel not being straight causing a tight fix fort eh dishwasher. We will be using them moving forward for all our future projects.

We recently moved from CA to AZ and, as expected, there were a variety of tasks/small projects we needed done in our new home. Based on prior Yelp reviews, I contacted Response Crew. Jennifer was immediately responsive, we quickly had our estimate and we were able to schedule a full day's worth of work within two day. Kelly contacted me about 40 minutes prior to his scheduled arrival to advise he'd be on time and he was. Kelly was nothing short of amazing; he was professional, polite, accommodating, and patient. The quality of his work was outstanding. We knew we'd have a second phase to our move-in work and without hesitation we will book with Response Crew and definitely request Kelly. Our experience was perfect.

I've been a landlord since 2009 and had my fair share of experiences with various service companies and technicians. I hope that anyone that reads this review trusts me when I say that Response Crew and Hugo, the technician that arrived to complete the task, are, by far, the best I had the pleasure to work with!

I needed to install a chandelier from a 12 feet ceiling in my apartment.
Fortunately for me they were able to schedule me the same day and within 35 minutes Hugo showed up. He wore a mask and got straight to business.
Hugo informed me of every step he made and showed me that the junction box that was initially placed in the ceiling by a certified electrician wasn't even the proper box. Hugo ended up having to cut through the dry wall to replace the box so it could accommodate the chandelier.
Not only did Hugo install the chandelier - he ended up also doing drywall patching and painting and he did an amazing and outstanding job!!
If you wonder about the price - I thought I am going to be charged quite a bit due to the unforeseen drywall repair and replacing the electrical box yet for all the work that Hugo did, it was honestly the fairest invoice I ever received.
I highly recommend Response Crew and I am certain that I will hire them for most of my future projects.

I have engaged the services of Response Crew a couple of times since moving into my new home. They helped me build a sauna, balance some existing ceiling fans and move/reinstall the washer and dryer after the house remodel. They have always been on time, professional and courtesy and cleaned up whatever there was to clean. They even wiped down the washer and dryer that had been stored in the garage and was covered in remodel dust. I have recommended Response Crew to several friends for some of their handyperson needs. Response Crew (Kelly) dismounted and remounted our gutters. Great work and despite some scheduling challenges beyond their control, they performed the service with alacrity. Kept me in the loop. Would not hesitate to use them again.

10/10 we had response crew help us with a bunch of projects in our new home - ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, tv mounting, and faucets. Angel went above and beyond and we could not be happier with all the work he did. Quick, quality, and fairly priced.

We are in the midst of selling our house. Somehow, our front door was not locking well and was a little difficult at times to open. I called Response Crew Friday morning to schedule a workman. Jennifer, the operations manager, said the earliest she could get somebody out was Tuesday, June 1. We were tentatively scheduled to be out of town that day. I told Jennifer I would call her back in a little while after I spoke with my wife.

I called back and Jennifer said the June 1 opening was no longer available. I had just learned the buyer of our house had scheduled a property inspection Tuesday morning, June 1. Jennifer said she could get somebody to help us on June 2. I said we really wanted to get the door, and a plumbing slow leak, fixed before the inspection. She told me to hold for a minute. When she came back she said there would be a workman at my house within the hour. I was ecstatic.

The workman turned out to be Jack Austin, a very nice guy. He went to work on the double-front door trying to get them to lock and open easily. He finally decided the only way to fix it was to either replace the wood threshold, which matched our wood floor perfectly, or to sand the threshold down.

He did not have his sander with him, but said he could return Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. That sounded too good to be true.

Jack showed up on time Saturday morning, worked on the door to make it functionally like brand new! He also worked on our slow plumbing leak from our pressure regulator. He tried to stop the leak without replacing the pressure regulator, but that was not possible. He went to Home Depot, bought a new regulator, and ending up fitting the new part into our plumbing system.

Jack continually explained everything to me and even gave me some good advice on a couple of other projects I am working on. Jack built up my confidence in him and I knew he was going to figure out our double-front door issues. Which he did.

We are so grateful to Jack and to Jennifer, for getting him out to our house quickly when we really needed the help. On his way out, Jack said if anything else came up, he could come over on Monday, Memorial Day, and help out. It doesn't get much better than that! We need more Jacks in the world!

Awesome Team!!! Jennifer was great to work with over the phone and was very accommodating when I wanted to add additional work to the existing order. I was really happy to see Dennis show up on time wearing a mask. In these times of Covid we are super cautious and he was amazing about keeping it on the whole time he was on our property. Dennis was fantastic to work with. He is very professional, through and has great attention to detail and was meticulous about his work and cleaning up after himself. He also fixed a pocket door which I know isn't something that Response Crew typically deals with but got it working better than it ever has. I highly recommend this team and (Dennis in particular) for any work around your house. I will definitely be using them again!!!

I really appreciate the service from Response Crew! We asked for a few items to be added - a new hallway light fixture, a new kitchen light, new driveway lighting, a new mailbox, new house numbers and adding cabinet hardware. We were also able to have a hole in our wall from an old doorbell chime patched up, some cracks between the cabinets and the wall filled in and our screen door replaced. After a full day’s worth of repairs, we’re thrilled! Everything looks amazing! Not only that, but our repairman was really sweet to our inquisitive cats during the whole process and was a joy to work with. I cannot recommend them enough! We’ll definitely use them for all future projects!

Luis was very knowledgeable about how to best solve window problem and did an excellent job in repairing the drywall damage around the frame.

We needed a Dog Door installed in the Master Bedroom of our new home, Response Crew's staff from questions to estimate to completion was absolutely wonderful! They did the work quick and very well and did a great clean up job! Along with that a field manager came out to make sure things were going as planned and he fixed an issue I didn't even know we had regarding our front door and the safety of it! This is a great company if you want fast, reliable handyman repairs. They are on time, and do good work. Wasn't so pleased with last person, but this time the repairman not only did the requested work, but also checked all the drains and fixed a slow one in the shower! Even caulked around the tub faucet and valve. Will definitely use again

My door handles have been a pain to deal with for some time. After my failed attempts to be Bob Villa I may have made things worse. Reaching out to The Response Team they reached out in a timely manner. Kelly arrived and took care of everything. He was extremely polite and professional. I will absolutely call them again.

We had several patio doors that weren’t closing properly. They also needed the door sweeps and other parts repaired. We had tried having the doors fixed a couple of other times with other services but no one was able to figure it out! Finally I found out about Response Crew from a door company. New electrical outlets. Very happy with their work! The handyman Kelly was professional very nice and Jennifer in the office was able to schedule our job quickly. We’re so happy with their work that we are hiring them for other jobs. Highly recommend!

Once again the Response Crew came to our rescue. We had three medium size projects: a new door / frame (that came primed) which needed a finishing coat of paint, mirror 5 x 6 which needed to be framed / painted, along with some old utility boxes / tv dish that needed to be removed from our back patio area. The Response Crew answer our call for assistance and sent one of their best techs - Dennis. Dennis is a perfectionist; he completed every possible detail required to make sure the above projects was done right. This is the second time we have called upon the Response Crew for service and it will not be the last. The Response Crew team and their Administrator Jennifer deserve ten stars; not just five.

What a joke. Charged us $500 to install a vanity that was already assembled and put into place. Said it took 4 hours to complete. For any handyman that is worth $100/hour this should have taken no more than an hour. Also said they bought $200 of “materials” and charged it to us. Won’t provide a list of said materials and the vanity itself cost less than that and it was provided. Don’t use this company unless you like being ripped off.

This company came recommended by others in my building. I am very satisfied. Handyman was on time, efficient and knowledgeable.
Needed to have ceiling fans assembled and installed and to have a curtain rod installed. Work was done in a timely manner and done well. Cost was reasonable.
I would recommend this company highly.

Gregg was amazing!! He was on time and very professional. He was probably the best handy man I have ever encountered while living in Scottsdale. He was the type of guy who was able to see my vision and offer me a solution. He was really detailed oriented and understood the symmetry I was looking for and how I wanted everything to be installed. He worked really fast and I was impressed how he made sure he cleaned up and I was also impressed how he used painters tape to make sure he was aligning everything correctly. He installed a access door for my Cad 5 lines, shoe rack inside my closet door, heavy curtains, shelves over my toilet, my dyson in my garage and among other items. He added a outlet for my Dyson that was hung inside my garage. I will certainly use them again for mounting my tv and other items. They are worth the money and they guarantee their work. Ask for Gregg!!!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Response Crew (RC). I have an Airbnb in Chandler AZ and submitted a request for quote for some fairly simple work (a kitchen faucet, 3 bathroom faucets and a shower curtain rod). I was very detailed in my description of the work needed, so that I could get a ball park estimate online. I sent the request to 5 different handy man services, and response crew was the only one that responded with an estimate. All other handy man services wanted to come to the house (I live in Chicago, so I couldn't meet them and I didn't want to waste time). Again, I wasn't looking for an exact quote, just a ball park. After giving me the estimate and talking to the customer service team, I decided to give them a go.

Ruben from Response Crew came to my house, on time (8am as promised) and completed the job very well. I had all products there waiting for them and RC installed everything. Further, I purchased a wrong size faucet and RC drove to Home Depot, picked up a new one for me (sent me a pic for my approval) and returned to my home to install it. I returned the other one I purchased, that didn't fit, for a full refund.

Was my first time using RC and first impression was excellent service and a good group of people. I will use them again and hope to get the same service. Thanks!

Response Crew repaired an area in the hallway last month and did a fantastic job! So much so, we had them back to fix two more spots in the kitchen. Our service man was named Will who was super friendly, efficient, and completed both jobs fast. Their office admin, Jennifer, called to keep us updated and every time was friendly. I highly recommend this company :)

I contacted the Response Crew for a small project and Gregg & Joe arrived as scheduled, were incredibly courteous, professional and completed the work in the amount of time estimated.

They also offered to take away a significant amount of packing and cleaned up the entire work area.

The Response Crew rocks!!! I spoke with Jenifer initially who was super friendly and professional. She set me up immediately with a handyman who was to arrive the next day around noon. I got a call from Gregg the next day who said he would be arriving early if that was ok which was totally professional and cool. Gregg was very friendly and said he could handle the repair of my gate no problem. He did a rockstar job and my gate works better than ever. He offered to fix anything else that I needed since he finished early. What a cool dude. I would 100% recommend these awesome people to anyone who needs home repair. Made my day, thanks!!!!

I had a guest over and she back up her car into my garage! I was in a panic because it looked horrible and I thought would be a ton of money to fix. I called Response Crew because of their amazing reviews online and I was so happy I did. Jennifer who answers the phone was kind, courteous and on-point. I was able to get an appointment the same day to fix it. I would definitely book them again. The price was fair and they did great work including clean up.

I recently had a new AC installed and the company left me with a giant whole in the wall. It was a nightmare trying to find a door company to come out to install one utility door (half size door). After reaching out to Response Crew they assured me that my project was not going to be a problem for them. Angel came out and was finished in just a couple hours and it looks better than I even pictured. Thanks! I'll be reaching out again for any other projects I have.

Very positive experience all around. We had multiple projects around the house that had needed attention for some time and I finally reached called Response Crew. They made the process easy and their prices were very fair. They were actually lower than I had been quoted by other handymen. They also completed the work ahead of schedule and did a nice job. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future.

I had ancient faucets in my bathroom, and the handyman installed new ones in a very reasonable time. He was friendly and efficient, and I ended up having him do some small extra tasks. The charge for all this was very reasonable. All in all, I would definitely use this company again.

Terrible service, no communication and overall unprofessional.
Hired this company to assist one of our customers in replacing a door.

Day 1 (Feb 18). Their tech got a minor razor cut and left the job site. No install.

Day 3 (Feb 20). Their tech goes back out with a defective door and is trying to convince our customer to install said door. Our customer refused the damaged door (rightfully so). Tech leaves.
We are not informed of anything until our customer calls in to complain that her door has yet to be replaced. Once we follow up with Jennifer, the so called operations manager, we are informed of the situation and are told they are working on sourcing the door.

Day 5 (Feb 22). We receive an email from Jennifer stating that they are stepping aside from the request and cannot complete the job.
THEY REFUSED TO COMPLETE THE JOB. Only to turn around and tell our customer we refused to work with them and let them finish the job. They were hired to remedy a situation and made it 10x worse.

We have all emails and proof of all of the occurrences with this company. Would never recommend to anyone looking for anything professional to say the least.

On a very hot day in early September I had a broken door casing on my front door preventing it from closing properly. I called Jennifer to schedule an appointment. An appointment was made for Thursday at noon. The technician Christian called me at 1150am to tell me he was 5 minutes away. 2hrs and 15 minutes later the door casing board was replaced, all door trim reinstalled cleanly, door re-hung and my very fair bill paid. Christian was even knowledgeable and kind enough to pick up longer 3 hinge screws that went all the way into the casing board to prevent this from ever happening again. I dont often write this sparkling of reviews but Response Crew was 5 star perfect and I highly recommend them.

Jennifer was great going through the options available to fix our need. Kelly came out and did the work to fix our air conditioning. The turn around time was short. Kelly was a pleasure to have at the house. Highly recommend Response Crew.

I am very pleased with my experience with Response Crew, they are very professional and knowledgeable. They worked with me scheduling the appointment to install my exterior door jam and screen door. The installer was professional and solved all of the challenges with this job. My project was completed and is perfect.

Overpriced and under-skilled... Beware the two-man scam! I hired Response Crew to help me quickly repair a number of action items from my home inspection. I had a list of 14 basic items (from checking to see if some bulbs were burned out and cleaning sink aerators to replacing ceiling fans and putting up a tiny tile back-splash in the kitchen). Even though I have the skills and experience to do this work, I didn't have the time (with my job and all the moving, etc.). When I spoke to Jennifer at Response Crew, she looked at my item list (14 items) and said it would take them 5-6 hours to complete the work (at just under $100 per hour). I agreed to have them do the work.

I added on a tiny, 15sq ft back-splash in the kitchen and two ceiling fans... so I expected to pay more than $600. ...but the next day, Jennifer called me and told me that they had a second technician free up who could help get the work done in far less time (for $140/hr). She claimed it would save me money.

Stupidly, I agreed.

Finally, after $1400 and FOUR visits to my house (3 just to fix the same leaky hose bibb) and TONS of arguing with the owner (Adam) - who seems to think that I'm paying for his men to spend TIME in my house rather than FIX it - I am STILL fixing things from the list I sent them on Day 1 (the list they assured me THREE TIMES was complete).

I would NEVER use these folks again!

I will end off with two positive notes - 1) Jennifer is a great customer servant. I appreciate her patience and dedication to trying to make things right. Thanks to her, I have them an entire extra star in what would have otherwise been a 1-star review. 2) George did a tremendous job on my back splash. He does great tile work.

Despite those two positives, I would highly recommending calling someone else. These guys aren't as skilled as they claim and the two-man team thing is a total scam. Avoid.

I had very possitive experiences with Response Crew Handyman. They gave you a call before arriving and were on time. Most importantly Gregg and Mike did an excellent job to help me intall two outdoor shades which are high and heavy with a very reasonable price. I am picky but would definitely recommend them.

Angel and James were at my house today doing s variety of jobs including drywall repair, cleaning out my dryer vent(in the attic) and putting han by ing storage in the garage. They were both great. They did a really nice job and very tidy. Most importsntly. They were very nice and arrived on time. I won't hesitate to call Response Crew if I need work done in the future.

We recently moved to Scottsdale and have called on Response Crew several times for various projects at our property. They are wonderful to work with! The team at the office is efficient, communicate effectively and are very attentive to your requests. The two tech's who have been at our house multiple times now are Angel and James. They are awesome, easy to work with and always get the job done! I would recommend Response Crew and James and Angel to anyone who needs to tackle their TODO list!

I am giving Response Crew 3 out of 5 because I feel that I didn't get what I paid for the ​first time they came to the house. Two workers came. Gregg was great but the other one was on the phone A LOT and/or missing whenever I went to check on him. To top it off, he installed a keyless door knob wrong AND cock-eyed. Not to mention it took him forever, just on this one task. I got charged 5 hours for two workers but paid way too much for the service I got, which was mostly by one person, Gregg. I don't think it would have taken 5 hours to do the job, had both of them been competent, reliable and efficient.

​This company had great reviews, which was why I picked it to begin with and I didn't want to be closed-minded​ about it based on one bad worker, plus I wanted them to come back and fix the keyless doorknob (which by the way, I had to wait for them to fix. Something I found disappointing that they didn't address in a more urgent matter since it was their worker's incompetence AND it being my front door) When I called to complain, I made sure to explain that it wasn't the entire job but the job done by this one specific person.

As mentioned, I wanted my front door fixed and I had more things that needed to be done so I scheduled for a second visit. I requested for Gregg again and with him, another worker, Angel came to do the rest of the things I needed. Everything turned out great. They were both efficient, timely, knew what they were doing. I even waited to do this review till after I tested everything they did to make sure everything worked out okay, especially​ the hangar they installed in the garage because I had to put boxes on them and wanted to make sure it could hold the weight. If you are unsure whether you should use their service or not, I would say, just request for Gregg and Angel. Those were the guys that came on the second job schedule and they did a great job for me. I give both of them 5 stars. The 3 stars are​ for the charges I got for two people for 5 hours when it really was mostly Gregg who did the work and for not addressing the keyless front door entry mistake made by the other worker.

Wow! Great customer service! Got an appointment day of when initially I was scheduled for the following week. My service technician, GREGG, was extremely knowledgeable. In 1 hour he fixed my problem kitchen faucet and electrical issues in my kitchen. Definitely saving his business card! Will now be my go-to for any further household issues.

Finally found a handyman that knows what he’s doing. Jeremy was excellent ! Very thorough and efficient in fixing our light fixtures that were falling out of the ceiling. Cleaned up after himself and was very informative of what he was doing. Would definitely use him again. ! 10/10 stars

Gregg is an all-star contractor. Initially, we had a list of items to repair stemming from a home inspection, taking roughly 3-hours to complete. However, I found numerous other items throughout the house and Gregg was more than happy to remedy these items as well - taking another 3-hours to complete! He made one trip to the hardware store and he bought everything needed. He even went out of his way to color match an item for me using spray paint.

Very refreshing to see a company from the start to end be so professional, prompt, and exceed expectations. I have a property in Scottsdale and I needed a ceiling fan installed outside on the patio area. The handyman from Response Crew came out today same day after I called. He did the ceiling fan installation and it is working properly. He also showed me some water damage I had not noticed on the edge of the patio roof. That repair will have to wait till another day, but I was happy he showed me. I would use this handyman again for repairs and service. The technician's name was Adam and he was very professional and a straight shooter.

They are very expensive. I was willing to pay to have a professional crew install a new vanity. For the money they charge, their crew members should be highly professional. I provided them with the instructions from the manufacturer. They didn't follow the instructions and broke the marble backsplash. Then they claimed it was broken to begin. Not true. It had been checked by literally 5 people at delivery. I complained with the office, never heard back. I will never use again.

I hired Response crew to clean up and repair fascia boards running along the roof line of the house. They also fixed a couple of sections of my pool fence that were badly rusted. Prior to the work Scott came out and did a nice job of surveying the fascia boards, evaluating what the job needed. Additionally he observed the issues with the pool fence and gave me a quote on that too. Their quote was competitive and fair. They did a nice job of cleaning up the fascia boards and fixing the pool fence, and on the same day. I'm definetly going to use these guys again. I should also add they ended up coming in under the quote and of course and adjusted the price accordingly. I'm not sure how many companies would have the integrity to do that.

Gregg came to our house to fix the kitchen faucet. We also tasked him with a couple of other fixing jobs while he was at the house. He handled everything beautifully and got things properly working again. Professional, kind and courteous. Thanks Gregg!

Greg came over to repair drywall in a tiny closet in my bathroom and did a great job. Not sure how he moved around in there but he figured it out. Best thing is my front door had been sticking from the heat so I asked him how to fix it and he showed me. That was awesome just in itself BUT as he walked out he said your door is fixed too. Like the superhero slowly walking away from an explosion hahaha

We've had some items on out to do list for a while but never can find the time to do it and when we do it's a struggle to get it just right. So to save our sanity and marrage we looked for a handyman to help us out. We have used Reponse Crew a few times to get some honeydo items off our list. They have been fantastic! They are professional and do quality work! And we always feel we pay a fair price. We highlly recommend them and will be calling them back for a few more odds and ends we need done.

Super happy with the outcome of my lighting job. Up front pricing that closely matched the outcome. No up-sell at the end of the job for some extended warranty or other nonsense. Fast and efficient work by a knowledgeable professional. Would recommend and will use in the future.

I had an 815 appointment. I got a call from the service provider at 815 that he would be late due to a meeting. He arrived by 830 and completed 2 minor tasks by 900, at which point he told me he had a 930 appointment that he didn't want to be late to. I had been told when I called to schedule service that $175 included 2 hours labor. I got 30 minutes labor for $175, not a good value for my money.

This company has always been great. I've used them 3 or 4 times and have never been disappointed. Gregg was fantastic. Went thru my list quickly and efficiently, got the job done right, and cleaned up after himself. He was so gracious and polite. Great job!!!

I cant say enough good things about this company. I live in California and needed work done to my condo in Phoenix. To say that our HOA management company has been difficult is an understatement. Being out of state it could have been very difficult for me to manage however Adam and Eric went way over board to make sure the job was done. Including driving 30 minutes out of their way on a weekend to inspect a valve owned by the HOA (so my job could get done). I'd hire them over and over if I could. Refreshingly great customer service.
