Michele's Master Handymen

This is the second time using Michelle’s Handyman service. 1st time at my home and this time at my restaurant. We had an exterior steel door fall off its hinges. George cut away the hinges and installed and upgraded with new hinges that closed the door automatically. He installed a bar drain and installed two solar spot lights on our roof to illuminate our logo. George is fast, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

We have used Michele's for several small projects inside the house, and most recently to rebuild and fortify garage cabinets that were literally falling apart and on the way to becoming useless. All of the work was done very professionally, on time, and the garage cabinets are rock solid, better and stronger now than when they were first installed.

As someone who recently relocated here, it has been very challenging to find skilled handymen and construction contractors in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Unfortunately, I have many horror stories, but Michelle's Master Handymen is not one of them. What a refreshing change! Michelle called me back quickly to get the details of our projects, scheduled her team and they showed up on time and finished the job expertly and professionally. It has been very difficult to find a company that delivers on all expectations. I really appreciate them and will definitely choose them again for future projects.

George was absolutely wonderful. He showed up on time (even asked if he could come earlier), finished the job SO quickly and did not waste a second, and went truly above and beyond to make sure the project was done perfect. I felt totally comfortable with him as a young single woman (which is huge for me) and appreciated everything he did to help out and make MY life easier. Michele is incredible too and has ALSO gone above and beyond for me with impeccable communication. 11/10 will be using again for anything I might need in the future. Thank you George and Michele!!

The previous owners of our home remodeled a reach-in closet and turned it in to an office alcove, cementing a heavy safe to the floor (!). Years ago when we moved in we built a chest for sitting and storage over the safe because the safe was so unsightly (and permanent).
Recently we decided we wanted the closet back. George from Michele's Handyman had to deconstruct the heavy chest, jackhammer out the safe, replace travertine flooring where the safe had been, add wood molding, drywall, construct a hanging closet and shelving, and paint all when finished. He did all this is a remarkable 1.5 days of work with the jackhammering taking nearly half a day. He was extremely efficient, professional and considerate in all respects. During these days I had occasion to text and communicate with Michele, who was very quickly responsive to my inquiries or requests. This is a top-notch handyman service and you won't go wrong hiring them for your project.

We had our drywall repaired and they did a fantastic job! The handyman, George, was efficient and professional. He gave us some great information for a shelving project and we will be having them assist with this soon!

George is amazing! He is knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. This is the second time we have used George’s services. The first time he scraped and refinished a portion of our wall in the bathroom that had water damage from shower overspray. This time he put together a TV stand/bookcase, two garage shelf units, advised me what to get to prevent further water damage to our bathroom wall, and advised me on how to fix my leaky toilet. We want George to come any time we need anything done around our house. He can do anything!! We love George!

George installed 3 sliding closet doors, a section of gutters, replaced some shelves and fixed some outdoor lights in one day!!! George is a rather positive, polite and professional Master Handyman. Setting up an appointment was very easy and professional. In fact everything about working with Michele's was professional. Communication was excellent; George my handyman texted me before and the morning of my installation. Michelle had told me the equipment and technology was my responsibility so I made sure I had the necessary parts and my cameras were internet connected prior to his arrival. He was prompt and installed my two RING cameras with solar panels very quickly. I strongly recommend Michelle's. I'm very pleased.

I worked with, and referred, contractors and handymen for almost 30 years. Michele's is one of the most professional, qualified, and reasonable I've ever worked with. Before finding Michele's, I must have called 10 handymen, and had 5 return my call. None of them impressed me enough to allow them to vent my microwave outside. Michele did, and George knocked out the job quickly, professionally, and with creative solutions to a couple unexpected challenges. I couldn't have been more impressed.
They will always be my first choice.

George came over and installed some shelves in our laundry room. He did a great job and was very quick! Very friendly and kind, great with my dogs. Before the job itself, I spoke to Michele herself on the phone and she was wonderful, she really embodies customer service. Extremely helpful and gave me some great advice on some of the home projects. I would definitely use Michele's team again, very high quality work and top notch professionalism.

George arrived early and was super friendly and efficient! In and out in no time and did a great job replacing our ancient kitchen faucet at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be recommending this business!

George arrived and completed all the items we expected. A toilet had become detached, in part, from the floor and was reattached. Two doors needed adjustment. The side door to the garage needed a new threshold and some side framework. All were completed professionally and efficiently. We would without hesitation recommend Michele's Master Handymen.

We've used Michele's Master Handymen in the past to lay our tile in the whole house and we were pleased with the work then, so had them come back to install drywall, cabinets, vanity and toilet in our home. George was our handyman. He always does good work and works quickly. The price of this service was FAR LESS than other contractors we received quotes from, but the finished job was beautiful. This company is honest and the workers were masks, which makes my family feel extra safe. VERY HIGHLY recommend Michele's Master Handymen!

Today I had an appointment with George and he was awesome . He called in advance and was on time, he was actually early and I was happy with that because I finished work early. He came and hung up my two wall pictures and was done in 15 minutes tops! Very quick and efficient. I will be using their service again ☺️

Owner courteous, very organized with email job reminders and easy scheduling/contact. Owner assured me workers were vaccinated and handyman worker arrived with a mask and booties so kudos there. However, the handyman worker was coughing the entire time and smelled like tobacco, which I did not care for, being pregnant and a healthcare worker. He was aware of multiple drywall repairs ahead of time, but did not come prepared with any drywall and said he would have to go get it at HomeDepot and come back, charging me for his entire time doing this. He then stated the other dry wall repair would take 3 coats of mud, which would require 3 separate visits, one month apart due to their busy scheduling. Then charged me $10 for the first coat of mud, which was not more than a glob full and certainly not an entire container costing $10. I would have considered this part of basic supplies and I have never been charged for patch compound before. It felt a bit like I was being nickled and dimed. I think being an organized business, he could have arrived more prepared, knowing there were multiple dry wall repairs, as the list of tasks was provided ahead of time. 2 of the items on my list he could not fix. So basically I paid $165 for slightly over an hour of work, with only 2 small items checked off my list and 3 still needing repair. Honestly, felt like somewhat of a waste of time and better to hire a dry waller or DIY.

Michele was great to talk to on the phone. I submitted a request online and she got back to me the next day! I had a lot of miscellaneous projects I needed done around the house and she talked me through the whole process and scheduled me. George came out to do the repairs and he was very nice and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them again!

We were in a real pinch. The handyman we had hired was a no-show, and we were in a time crunch to get our work done. When I called Michele Master Handymen I didn't leave a message because I was desperate to find a handyman right away. Fortunately Michelle called me back right away. After talking with her, she was able to arrange for George to come out and do the work the next day. He did an excellent job and got our work done in a timely manner. George was on time, courteous, and very professional. I would highly recommend Michele's Master Handymen!

I highly recommend this company. The Owner of the company was very knowledgeable about our remolding needs and the type of contractor that we would need to do the job of installing hardware and soft-close hinges on our home cabinets. The assigned contractor, Steve, was on time, professional and did a great job at a good fair price. I am in the real estate business and will be recommending them to my clients in the future.

George arrived on time, even early to install new baseboards. He was friendly but professional and took today's necessary Covid precautions. He worked quickly - the results are beautiful! No clean up for me to do. Best of all, project was reasonably priced. I already have another project planned. Everyone knows the less than stellar reputation that the standard trade businesses have with respect to responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. This company is the complete opposite! I received a text to confirm my appointment the night before, George arrived on time and completed all of our repairs in less than half the time that I had expected.

My dog absolutely loved him too, and George took a selfie with our pooch before he left - apparently he does that with dogs in all the houses he visits and maintains an album of them all.

Absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing handyman services. Another of their handymen Steve had helped us before with some things last year and was equally excellent!

Steve showed up on time as scheduled and clearly communicated everything. Some of the work could not be completed but it wasn’t for lack of Steve trying to make it right despite the issue being a customer service issue from a third party.
Also must point out that when they say they observe masking and distancing due to COVID, they really do.

George arrived on time and with C19 protective gear. Worked quietly & quickly to install my interior barn doors. He had to make a Home Depot run, but still completed the project in a reasonable amount of time.

Assembled some garage metal cabinets (from Costco) and safety attached to walls. Handyman needed to get matching floorboard, mount to wall, then attach cabinets so it was spaced evenly and securely. He did great work and I’ll be using them again for other projects.

Steve was on time, professional and quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. They charge for a full hour regardless if the repair takes 15 minutes or an hour, so Steve took some time to fix a few other small issues while he was there. He even pointed out and repaired something that I hadn't noticed. I appreciated his insight and ideas on a future project too. I would definitely use again.

Efficient, empathetic and professionally performed lattice wall reinforcement project. No issues. They are very responsive to concerns and will dispatch the workman asap to make things right as necessary.

These guys are the best! We have not had a job they can’t handle they do high quality work and are extremely professional. They work by the hour but are fast and efficient. They might cost a little more but it is worth it! You won’t be disappointed.

Talk about great service - all the way from scheduling the appointment to the prompt arrival and great work by the handyperson, quality all the way - I will definitely use them again, next time I need home repairs - I needed a number of drywall areas repaired, due to replacing the in-house gas line and it was a solid reconstruction - the repair person was qualified and completely professional - well done!
