Kitchen Tune-up of Litchfield Park is an awesome place to renovate your kitchen. This team is dedicated, extremely knowledgeable amd helpful. They listen to your needs and share a plan quickly that works. Starting with the owner Garth, sales professional Jon Grindle and the schedule coordinator Jennifer, this team is a super team and kept us informed of the progress of each activity. Jon understood our needs quickly and shared a plan with us within a day and then they scheduled our job much before the committed date. Owner Garth will call you to clarify any questions and even make suggestions to make things better. Jennifer kept sending scheduled activities that were all completed as communicated. We got new cabinets made and installed and got all cabinets throughout the home repainted and the workmanship is excellent. What impressed me is that we were not even home during all these and this team coordinated and completed the entire job with honesty and extreme quality.
We are very happy with the work and each if these 3 individuals.

The Matthew’s Family, Garth, Rhonda, Faith and Staff are wonderful to work with, going to great lengths to make sure we were satisfied. Refacing is a real cost saver for kitchen remodeling our biggest concern was quality of the product and follow through by the contractor. The Matthew’s took care of that concern. The quality of the product we selected is great and the install, with exception of a few necessary corrections was seamless. All said and done KTU left us with beautiful new kitchen and Baths. We recommend this the concept and Kitchen Tune Up to anyone looking to update their kitchen and baths.

We had our outdated bathroom countertops, sinks, and cabinet doors and drawers replaced. Kitchen Tune Up did an amazing job, and we are so happy with how they turned out!!

We are extremely happy with the service of both Garth and Rhonda Matthews. Ronda is very professional as far as setting up everything and keeping things on schedule and excellent customer service follow-up work and making sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Garth was also very professional when he showed up to do the work. He was very timely and very professional. He was also very well groomed and professionally dressed.

After job was completed Garth made a couple trips back to our home to inspect his work. He is very meticulous and perfectionist because he wants to make sure the customer is satisfied!

Our experience with Kitchen Tune Up was ok, but would not recommend to anyone. Justin was our initial contact and he was amazing! Our issues with our kitchen countertop installs were: 1 - the waterfall edges were not matched up according to the directions I gave ( wanted the left side matched, they matched up the right side - and it's obvious). Pointed this out in email and text - no one acknowledged the problem, proposed a solution, etc. I should have probably pushed the issue and made them re-do the entire island...but I wasn't up to it at the time. 2 - the corbels for our extended island were not installed with the countertop install. I had to point out they didn't get installed and only then did Garth come to see the work. The fix? Extend the wall underneath the counter a few inches and put corbels in. So it works - but messes up the dimensions under our island where we may put cabinetry and beverage fridge at some point. Worst part of this issue is no one even acknowledged yup, we missed it. We are so sorry. They did offer a fix but no acknowledgement of the mistake. 3 - No one from kitchen tune up stays on site to oversee the work of the subs, to make sure all is going according to plans, etc. Other Kitchen Tune Up franchises have representatives stay on site during the work. Seems like the contractor should have been around, checked on the finished work, etc. 4 - you as the client better know exactly what you want. For example, there is no discussion about how far over you want the countertops to hang. They just assume 1 1/2 is whatever wants and that's what is installed. I didn't realize how off that looks - for me it's just too much. Especially on the island as the waterfall edge hangs over the cabinets almost 2. For what I paid, not what I wanted. But this is not my expertise or area of knowledge and I guess I had hoped for some assistance in the process. So unless you ask all.the.questions. they won't be assisting you in options available. I think I could have saved money by just hiring my own subs and supervising the work myself.

Great people doing great work! Very happy with the work they did in our kitchen and bathroom. Had a little hiccup with one of the end panels but they kept coming back until it was fixed. Highly recommend Garth, Rhonda and Kitchen Tune-Up!!

Had a virtual interview with the owner Rhonda yesterday. She completely rushed me through the interview was so rude and unprofessional. Rhonda kept notifying me that she had to interview other people letting me know my interview wasn’t important as she kept rushing me through the interview and not allowing me to finish talking. Guess she wasn’t interested from the beginning of the interview. Felt kinda discriminated from the owner . Be more professional Rhonda when interviewing someone and give them their time don’t rush them through it and constantly notify them you have a ton of other people to interview.

Very disappointed with Jeff. Very poor representation of the company.Wife and I have been excited about redoing our kitchen for awhile. We reached out to this company and saw what great work they did. Unfortunately I really didn’t know what to think about Jeff and his first impression. We originally had an appointment for 9am on a Wednesday morning but had to reschedule and move back to later that afternoon. I was okay with that since appointments do tend to go over at times. Our appointment lasted 30 minutes. That drew the first red flag. Jeff showed up with shorts, a t-shirt and a baseball cap. I thought it was casual Friday, but realized it was only Wednesday. Jeff wasn’t in tune with anything I was saying. He wrote a makeshift proposal and completely forgot about our kitchen island within that 30 minute timeframe. It looked like he was in a rush. The proposal didn’t get finished and promised to have it emailed by end of day, which that didn’t happen. He claimed he was new, had 6 months with the company, was someone’s assistant and didn’t want to loose his job if he forgot something. Measured only the kitchen sink. I thought he knew his stuff and was good at eyeballing things. Our kitchen is small mind you, but I strong believe in first impressions regardless how small or big anything is. Wife and I may have to wait a little longer to get our kitchen done. I totally understand nothings free, not even water, but the number he gave us didnt including the countertops and the island. I know I’ll be going over budget. I may have to do this myself.

So unfortunate you would reply the same way to me as you did to Kristina Ferreira. Unfortunate people won’t take ownership of their issues. I’ll give you another review. I did call the 800 number. Jeff or whoever this individual working for whatever franchise of kitchen tuneup he works for is reached out and apologized. Promised to have the proposal by 2pm. DIDNT deliver. Texted him back requesting that he does not contact me again. Then people complain about jobs going to other people and or countries. If Jeff doesn’t work for you then I’ll find a way to post his picture captured from my doorbell camera on this review to help other potential clients to avoid this impostor.

HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY!! if I could put no stars I would. Had someone come out to measure, quote and show for a kitchen remodel. Waited for email and contacted back after nothing 2 days after told. Then attempted to contact again and no response, just ghosted. Then attempted twice to call directly from the number on website, just to see if the company cared to respond. First daywas told a supervisor would call me that day. Then next day stated no supervisor called and they said they would have someone call me that day. Still nothing!!! From ANYONE!!

Shawn installed my 50 kitchen cabinet pulls and did an amazing job. He was very kind and professional. I am very pleased with his work. I would definitely recommend Kitchen Tune-Up!

Garth and team were very responsive and addressed all the issues. It was a very large project so there were a few issues with measurements and that was challenging but they worked with us and delivered everything in the end.

We have seen Kitchen tune-up work at our customers homes, they always leave a clean are after they finish the work. The results are great and the best is that we don't have to worry about a mess to clean up afterwards.

Kitchen Tune-Up was great. From start to finish, they communicated well and were patient with me while I tried to decide what direction to go in on a limited budget. I wound up going with the one day tune-up and had some roll out shelves installed. They didn't try to oversell me and they were on time and efficient. The entire job only took around 4 hrs and the cabinets look great. They even replaced the little bumpers on the inside of the doors. I highly recommend the Mathews. They will restore your faith in contractors!
