I had never used them before, but saw them when I was running errands one day. They were able to contact me via text, email and cell call, and whenever I had questions, I asked and they were immediately answered. I got them to do a moving clean for me as I was moving in with my boyfriend, and really needed the help to clean the apt. The team was punctual, professional, and thorough. Thank you Merry Maids for such a great service, I really appreciate it!

Patti arrived on time and came prepared to clean from top to bottom. She was diligent and helpful and made my apartment sparkle. She moved things around to clean under them and wiped every surface so it shined. I was also impressed that Q.C. showed up to validate the completion of my initial deep cleaning. I am very happy with MaidPro and glad I made the call. The fee was very fair and lower than many other companies I researched. I found the one!

My first experience with Saenz Cleaning was amazing and professional. My inquiry was responded to within an hour by Kerry and after clearly communicating expectations for a post new construction home cleaning (that we already moved into) I was given a price and set an appointment. Today Kerry and Paulina showed up on time, were communicative and efficient. Our home is two story and everything had dust on it. I had moderate/realistic expectations and they exceeded them. I left midway through the cleaning and had no worries about leaving them alone. When I arrived home this evening I was beyond happy. I immediately text Kerry and have requested a bi-weekly cleaning moving forward.

This is our third posting. As a regular client for many years I have to give many kudos this week to Anahi who, due to illness of another employee, cleaned our house by herself. It was a large undertaking for one person, but Anahi worked tirelessly doing the job of two people. When she was finished the place was, as always, spotless. Modern Maids Cleaning of Phoenix is the answer if you're seeking a low-cost cleaning service. I was blown away by their cleaning method. They go above and above to make my house seem beautiful. This company gets a big thumbs up for making my life easier. For your cleaning needs, I strongly suggest them. I would use their cleaning service again because they were reasonably priced. Mike and his crew, including wife Mary Carmen and son, were great to work with. They delivered a great service to us including tile cleaning, deep house cleaning, and even cleaned some spots on my carpet for no extra charge! Our tile looks great, he was able to lighten much of our grout close to original color! We will be using their house cleaning service on a regular basis. Highly recommend! Mike is a Veteran also, so we love supporting our military vets!

I contacted this cleaning company VERY last minute, to schedule a move out cleaning service due to scheduling issues with another company. Tammy called me back very quickly and was able to send a team of four ladies out to do my move out cleaning. The ladies were at our door within 30 minutes which I really appreciated since we asked at such late notice! Everyone was professional and wore masks, which I really appreciated at this time! Our house looks great and we are able to do our final walk-through tomorrow, thanks to this company's speedy response. Really appreciate it and highly recommend!! If we were not moving out of state I would definitely call them again. ?
