This is our third posting. As a regular client for many years I have to give many kudos this week to Anahi who, due to illness of another employee, cleaned our house by herself. It was a large undertaking for one person, but Anahi worked tirelessly doing the job of two people. When she was finished the place was, as always, spotless. I hired them to clean the townhouse I had just moved out of on Wednesday August 12th 2020. When the cleaning team arrived I spoke to Pilar as she was the team leader. I explained that I wanted EVERYTHING cleaned inside, no external windows. Showed her the move out check list from my landlord and Pilar told me it would be about 3 hrs. I left them to perform their job and returned when Pilar texted me that they had about 20 min left. I walked through the entire place with Pilar and she told me if anything was not up to my expectations that they would redo the spots I was unhappy with. It wasn't necessary as they had done a phenomenal job. I could not have been more satisfied and neither could my landlords as when they looked through the house today, they asked for the company I used so they could hire them and recommend them to all of their tenants for a quality cleaning company.
I will be calling them again for some spring cleaning in my current home.

Cleaning I requested was done. I will use these cleaners again.

At 44p/hr per person with a 3 person team I'm flabbergasted that it took them hours to clean a newly remodeled home, not completely furnished, with no kids and only a small dog. At that rate, number of people, and time spent I would expect my house and appliances completely spotless and my walls, baseboards, window tracks, vents, etc. to be thoroughly cleaned (they weren't). The job completed was just barely better than what I do on my own and some products used actually destroyed the type of finishing I had in the bathrooms which I didn't notice until later that evening. I paid hundreds of dollars for this. I suppose if you've never cleaned a day in your life, have kids and animals tearing up the house and needed a basic cleaning the service would be worth it. The initial room took 20 minutes which is the most used and has the most stuff. Yet rooms that are barely touched with all new and clean items took longer? I cannot justify the cost with the quality and time spent. I chose this company because of the name, description, and what was promised. False advertising and highway robbery. It looks decent til you look at the details. I wish I had paid more attention to them but being they are professionals, I thought they knew best.

We’ve been using Health Point Cleaning Solutions at our Commercial company for 2 years and we are extremely pleased with how not only reliable and efficient the staff is but the owner is extremely responsive at any given notice and additionally has also provided our offices with disinfectant cleaning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We have used Jan Pro for the past 4+ years and are happy with them. If there ever is a problem, they work it out and make it right.

However, I would like to modify my review as the cleaning people they send out are great. Their billing department has a lot to learn about customer service.

Our office had a Covid scare over the summer and Aether was able to come out the very next day to perform a deep clean and sanitization of our entire office. There was no Covid outbreak and we all stayed healthy thanks to the wonderful work they did. Their regular scheduled cleaning services are top notch, too. Highly recommended!

I hired them a week ago to do a cleaning for my new place before I moved in. They did such good job that I’ve scheduled them to clean my place once a month on the regular.

I'm a property manager in downtown PHX, I hired Clean Towers window cleaning for our 4th floor common area. They were able to use our anchors on the roof in order to descend to the glass. I will be calling back in the spring.
