This is a great company. I had Bob come service my water softener and then install an RO under my kitchen sink. Bob is great! He is very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and worked efficiently. Many plumbers make commissions selling RO systems. The plumbers at Quail do not make commission off of the RO products. I felt like I got a very honest, upfront and reasonable price for the RO system and service. The scheduling department is also very prompt and friendly. They always got back to me quickly, and everything was done on a timely manner. I'm glad to say I've found a plumber/company I can call for any of my needs. Thank you Quail, you've got yourself a forever customer.

This was the first time I used Walker Plumbing. I received their information as a preferred partner from the Rosie on the House site. Jody was the tech who did an outstanding job reviewing my issue with the water heater and quickly identifying a solution. This required a tank replacement. Jody went out of his way to go pick one up in Tempe, and returned within the hour. He had it installed within 30 minutes. Very fast, efficient and friendly at a very reasonable price. I will be using Walker for all my future plumbing needs.

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

Exceptional service!!

These guys were hard working, competent, fair, and professional, showed up 10 min early. Highly recommend. They dug up a hack job sewer splice in my backyard when it was 112° and fixed it in an afternoon while I watched from the A/C. Got the recommendation from my dad and he was right. I'll call these guys every time I need a plumber!

The company was great at scheduling to get my water heater installed ASAP. The two plumbers who installed my water heater were very professional and kept me informed of every step. They made sure everything was done properly and correctly, and gave me great tips to keep the best life of my new water heater. I couldn't have asked for better service.

We needed a mini-split installed for a single room. Chas Roberts was quick to schedule an estimate and we had the mini-split installed the same week! A crew came out early in the morning, installed the inside and outside units within hours. An Electrician crew was also here for the electrical work. Both jobs were done professionally and without fuss.And to our surprise we had a follow up visit to check on the installation and to see if we had any questions.Very happy with the services provided by Chas Roberts.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Our bathroom was stuck in the 80's and now it's not! Thanks to Qualtire we are so happy and couldn't be happier! They came in and got rid of everything and put in a beautiful walk in shower, a water closet, new cabinets, new flooring, new everything and it's so beautiful and such high quality. I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
