Best Commercial Construction in Phoenix AZ

Last year we called to have an hvac unit installed, the gentleman that came out to discuss what we needed was very professional and knowledgeable about all Hobaica systems and even maintenance programs, he actually talked us into an installation as well as an annual maintenance program. The men that came out to install it were efficient and very professional as well. I don’t recall all their names but they did a great job! I recently called back to discuss renewing our annual plan and spoke with Jasmine. What a wonderful asset you have with her. Not only was Jasmine able to help with that but was able to schedule a maintenance visit for the unit that was installed and discussed the importance of having our water heater flushed, which she scheduled for us as well. I asked if she could email the information and dates of the appointments as i didn’t have pen and paper handy. She followed up with a very detailed email with all the information and dates that we had discussed. Kudos to her for remembering every detail. Definitely have had positive experiences with every employee that we have worked with it spoken to. Highly recommend this company!

N.V.M.’s response time was great! Especially in the middle of the summer heat. They quickly identify the problem and fixed it. They also recommended to our warranty company for a second repair, which was also approved and completed. Our service technician “Brett” did a great job and is a great ambassador for the company!

Gabe has been servicing my HVAC system since he was a 2 man company. Since that time Gabe and his employees from the office staff to the field techs have always provided outstanding customer service. Gabe is a prime example of someone who is sincere, honest, humble, has a strong work ethic and always available to speak directly with his customers. He cares about his customers. He never tries to sell you a service or product that you don’t need. I wish there were more businesses that had Gabe’s qualities as a business owner. I trust, respect and will continue to refer Expert HVAC to my friends and family.

I called them because my circulation fan was not working properly on June 22nd. They said they need a special technician to come out and the soonest they can get me in is JULY 7th. So they expected me to have fan not properly functioning for 2 weeks. The office also said that diagnostics fees are waived. Thats why we went with Howard air since we didnt want to pay a 65 dollar service fee for them to just come out. What a scam.

Then it completely blows out, I call them again and they said they can come out tomorrow (Why didnt we just schedule it sooner if you can make it out tomorrow?) Well I consulted a friend and he gave me a price range to shoot for. Then Howard Air said the wheel is broken and that it will cost 668 dollars. One of my friends used to work with AC units and he said that to replace that should be 200-300 dollars.

I told the gentlemen from Howard Air we'll think about it. He said Okay but hes charging 88 dollars for a service call. My eyes popped. They made me wait 2 weeks and said no service fee yet they are charging me a service fee now when they diagnosed the problem? So is this a bait thing where they say no fee but then charge you an astronomical amount for work and then charge you a high service fee? What a scam these people are.

10 Stars, if I could. We inquired on Home Advisor for an A/C company and had a big name company come out first to give us a quote. Then we decided to get a 2nd quote and Daniel w/Preferred Air came out. He spent quite a bit of time discussing our situation and was extremely pleasant to deal with. We opted for a new A/C unit and these four guys showed up a few days later, bright and early on a Saturday morning to begin the install. You could tell they had things planned out precisely - everyone knew where to go and what to do and they worked extremely hard until late in the afternoon in extreme heat. Daniel stayed longer to go over the thermostat instructions, etc. They were all so very pleasant. They returned the following week to make sure everything was working good. They returned again when we asked them to change the dampers a bit. They even came out late on a Sunday afternoon when a storm blew a fuse on the unit. It's never fun to spend money on this kind of thing, but if you have to, I would highly recommend Preferred Air. Thanks Daniel and Crew!!!

Will did a fine job and was professional once he arrived. But Please note the arrival time frame was supposed to be between 7 am and 12 noon but tech arrived around 12:45. I called customer service at 8 pm to obtain an estimate of timeframe and was told I was first on the techs list. The estimate provided was approximately 10 am. That wasn’t very professional to give false expectations. Don’t make any plans for the day!

Thank you KJs. You have serviced my AC repairs for years at very fair prices. This year, the inevitable happened and it was time to replace 2 units in our home. They gave us more then 1 option & price points. We felt like they educated us to make the best decision based on the size of our home & usage needs.

Anselmo with Marlin Services was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He made it easy to understand what he was doing, why he was doing it and to understand what was going on with my unit. I was happy to purchase the package pricing so I can get my unit serviced again in the fall by this company. I will refer Marlin and Anselmo to friends and family in the future for sure.

I really don’t want to give a great review because he will probably be overwhelmed with new customers.

Only problem was that his service was beyond beyond exceptional.

Honesty, professional, excellence are just a few of the adjectives that come to mind.

Great Company to work for, they are all so friendly and treat employees well. I only have been with the company a little over a year and can't even count on how many lunches and shirts they gave away. It's nice knowing they care about the guys out in the field and in the office.

Michael Cox is one of the rudest people every. Don't use this company.

Absolute joke of a company. Been repairing my complex for over a year now. Close the doors Alliance, you guys have zero knowledge when it comes to chiller systems, AC's, plumbing you name it.
