I found and used Leslie's solely based on Google reviews. I was not disappointed. Very easy to call and schedule service. I had to do a move out clean to get my house ready for rental and they came in and cleaned everything very well. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and the fee! These guys are amazing they’re punctual and very clean and professional . Michael walked me thru the entire process from start to finish and they took pictures of all my ducts to show me how dirty they were then showed me what they looked like after they were clean which no company has done before very trustworthy . I would not use this company for cleaning services. I think they treat their contract workers like poo and the fees that they make them pay is ridiculous. I was assured that this was a no frills contract and could cancel anytime and then when I wanted to cancel, they pulled a bunch of CRAP and BS.... Their brochure is just as misleading. Disappointed in the company itself, not the cleaning staff that comes to our office.

Someone driving one of their company vans nearly killed me tonight on 17 heading south! They merged into my lane while I was still beside them nearly side swiping me and forced me over into the lane to the left of me nearly causing me to side swipe someone else. You need to teach your workers or whoever is driving about road safety and watching their surroundings! You’re lucky my child was not in the car.

Called Dr Chem Dry on Friday afternoon~spoke to Tracy, (extremely nice lady) she gave me an appointment the next day Sat. @10:a.m. with Technician Dan. Dan was polite/friendly & took great pride in cleaning my carpets. I'm so HAPPY...... Dan did an amazing job. I will use them again.

They cancelled 5 minutes before their show up window and tell me they can’t clean until next week.
I have plans next week and needed my apartment cleaned by the weekend at the latest. They had no solution just to say we can’t help you.
Yet if I were to cancel same day I would be charged a fee.
This is unacceptable. This was scheduled 3 weeks in advance also. I understand things come up but they should have a next day solution for you to have someone out.
Never using again.

Horrible. They are a franchise service and don't stand behind the people they assign to you. Made all kinds of promises until I signed up. Cleaning consists of dusting and vacuuming. If you want more than that, look elsewhere.
