We used urban customs for tile flooring installation 4 years ago in two of our spare bedrooms and contacted them again when we had a water leak and had to get the rest of the flooring in our house replaced. I had first chosen Express Floors after attending the Arizona Home and Garden Show out at Cardinal Stadium. After doing further research I had concerns with all the complaints Express Flooring had on the BBB website. I made some calls had other contractors come out and after meeting Heath and discussing what we wanted to do we decided and felt more comfortable using AAA Hardwood.
