Best Tile And Grout Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

This is the worst company to do business with. I was going to remove my tile myself, and was told by the job supervisor that it was not worth my time and that it would only cost $150 to remove it. So I had them remove it. I then decided not to use this company and received a bill for $426. They say that that is just there cost, and they can't answer for the quote that there employee gave me. I haven't spoken to the same person twice about it. They keep passing me around.

Richard (I think...I have a lousy memory) gave me a phone call heads-up as to his arrival time which was accurate. He was very helpful in giving me advice as to drying time and using ceiling fans. The carpet always looks brand new after your cleanings even though it's eleven years old. He removed all the glaring spots beautifully. He was certainly very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Absolutely no drawbacks!

PHoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning fixed a section of carpet destroyed by my dog. After the repair, you couldn’t tell there was previous damage. Very professional and fast. Would use and recommend to friends.

I am late with doing this review as the work was done back in August of 2022....i would like to say that the cleaning of our living room carpet was great! They brought it back to life after not being cleaned for at least 25 years. We have white plush carpeting so it was pretty dirty, but it was cleaned up fantastically! We are so grateful that our carpet came back to life! Not only did they clean our carpet but they were very professional while doing it. If you need your carpet cleaned do not hesitate to give this company a call , you will not regret it! Thank you for doing a wonderful job on our carpet , we will be calling you again soon!

Not good service

I was very happy when they left yesterday. But woke up this morning to find white patches everywhere & having to clean over everything they touched and carpets were soaked so completely they still arent dry.
