This was my first time using a house cleaning service and I was very impressed. Our family is moving soon to a new house and we needed help deep cleaning our current home to get it ready to go on the market. We value Arizona Cleaning’s high level of ethics and standards - a picture frame was accidentally broken during their cleaning time, years ago, and they replaced it within a week and any concerns we have are addressed right away. We appreciate that Sean and Anna are checking on their teams and keeping consistency with their services AND it is always great to talk with them to catch up!

They walked me through each room after the deep cleaning to see if I had any questions or concerns. And the booking process was also quite simple. If I need another deep clean, I will call A+ Quality House Cleaning Phoenix AZ again!

I tried to book a cleaning and they asked me to update my credit card information so I did. They then promptly CHARGED my card for the entire service then proceeded to tell me that my cc needed to be updated?? They couldn’t get it figured out before the date of the service and kept telling me that my card wasn’t charged. I could see the charge and my bank verified that it was an actual charge so I canceled. Company was disorganized and difficult to deal with - don’t waste your time.

Extremely pleased with the job Cecilia and Aide did on our house. 4 little kids and 2 adults live in our small place so you can imagine how much accumulated mess there was. When they left, our house was totally spotless. Particular shout-out to how hard they worked to get our oven and stovetop clean. It hasn't looked this good since the day we moved in. They also cleaned off my daughter's dresser, which she scribbled on with crayon when she was a toddler. I had never been able to get that crayon off, but now it's like new! Very highly recommended.

I have used De La Rosa Cleaning for my home as well as my business. I value the quick in and out time with good quality cleaning. I used to have one or 2 people come in to clean my house and they would be there for 4-5 hours, their crew usually has 4 people and they are in and out in an hour which is fantastic! The communicate very well for our business schedule as well. I highly recommend them!

Anais and her partner arrived right on time. I was upset that the small windows in bedroom were not washed. The blinds were not cleaned. Floor in closet master bedroom was not washed. Ceiling fans were cleaned but not great. Chandelier in master bedroom
was still very dusty, I sprayed it to get it clean. Refrigerator not cleaned as they ran out of time. I worked along side them cleaning sliding door and window tracks. I also recleaned floors when they left. The grout was still pretty dirty. My trick is to soak the floors with bleach water on the grout and mop after half hour or so. Thanks for showing up and doing an okay job.

Tracy worked very hard. The house is so clean that I am (almost) afraid to walk around in it!

I have used The perfectionist a couple time now. They are response easy to schedule and they arrive on time.
