Friendly and hardworking women. They saw our house layout and made a plan to best tackle it. Hard working. No breaks. Very good result. They asked about going overtime and I approved as it was a larger job than I expected and they certainly were not working slow.

Professional, dedicated and accountable; these three words are an accurate description of Arizona Cleaning. I have been using this company for years, and this review is long overdue. I have a hectic schedule, flying in and out of Phoenix, and I often need to request a cleaning before my arrival or immediately after my departure. My contact at Arizona Cleaning has always been Sean. Sean has a professional attitude, and has always treated my family and me with the utmost respect. Typically, a cleaning will take place while I am away. However, within the past few years, I have been able to witness Sean and his team in action. To say that the team works like a “well oiled machine” is an understatement. Sean and his crew will arrive at the home, immediately proceed to their designated areas and start cleaning. Reflective of a good leader, Sean is not afraid to dig in and work along side the team. He also continually assesses the work being done and assists his colleagues when needed. The crew is very thorough, courteous and does an amazing job. There are a few times I have contacted Arizona Cleaning at the last minute, and they have always taken steps to try and accommodate me. If you are looking for an excellent company you can trust to clean your home, I highly recommend Arizona Cleaning!

Quality work and everyone is so nice! Definitely will be using this service in the future. Having someone come once a month to supplement myself cleaning has come in handy and is such a time saver for this working professional.

The Maid Right team was excellent! They were thorough and my house had never been cleaner! I signed up for monthly service ?

The Maid Brigade means well but falls short. The maids were chronically later than their appointment time. The maids made comments about the temperature we keep our air conditioner at which lead to one of the maids physically turning our air down 7 degrees when there was no one home, violating our trust. The company did nothing but inform us the maids would be spoken to. That same maid was sent back to our home the next cleaning after the company guaranteed that maid would not be sent to our home again. The cleaning was very light and our home never smelled clean after they cleaned it which could be due to the green cleaners yet still a nice fragrance would be appreciated. Lastly there was huge inconsistencies in the cleanings that even our young children recognized and complained about.

I called Ramirez Cleaning Solutions after being referred by a friend. I was very impressed by their professionalism and cleaning strategy. Anais who is the owner came out and did a great thorough job. She was pleasant and knew how to clean! No cross contamination was done and she was quick! I will definitely be using them regularly.

They were absolutely amazing. Pamela and her team were wonderful. Somehow they managed to get my bathtub clean. I have been trying for years to get that thing look clean. Thank you so much. We will definitely be getting them again & again.

Just tried to book cleaning service, they didn’t have what I wanted in a reasonable price range which is fine, however the woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and had a very condescending tone.

She was constantly interrupting me while I was asking questions and trying to vocalize the services I wanted and my budget constraints, and then simply said “good luck with that” over and over. As if because I am broke due to CoVid layoffs means I am not worthy of her time on the phone.

Extremely rude, no customer service skills, I would avoid them simply not to have to deal with her.

Increased rating to 3 stars from 1 star, again for customer service not actual cleaning. A manager did call me and “kind of” apologized for her employees behavior, but also made some excuses for her. I understand standing up for ones employees, but do not understand arguing with potential clients.

Hopefully owners can address the situation I’m sure the actual cleaninservices provided.

After having an insulation disaster when a gentleman stepped through the ceiling of our dining room while a new air conditioner was being installed, we needed to have a deep cleaning done of most of our home. Team 6 was absolutely amazing. They arrived on time and made our home sparkle like a new model home in 4.5 hours. They even made a bow out of toilet tissue in the bathrooms and a fan in an envelope fold on the paper towel roll in the kitchen. I highly recommend this cleaning company

Due to pandemic and my age, I need to be cautious of my health. So, I am not hiring anyone right now.

I hired saniguys to clean my house of almost 3000 sqft. These guys are freaking awesome.. I had to run a couple errands so I left them by themselves. When I came back I was amazed. They had steamers and everything going on. I felt like I was the dirty one once I walked in. And the great thing about it is that they use organic chemicals. So there was no hard smells.that was a plus since I have kids. they went above and beyond. Customer service was great and very friendly! Very professional.. I would highly recommend. Super affordable compared to other companies I had called.

Wow! I keep forgetting how nice it is to have really clean windows! All the colors outside look just a little more brilliant. AJ cleaned our windows and screens today and did a great job. He was prompt and professional both on the phone and in person. He also worked me in today because it was raining on my original appointment date and he wanted to make sure I had clean windows for the holidays. AJ will be my go-to window cleaner in the future. ...and hopefully I'll not put it off so long next time.

We just moved to the area and came across New Image from a referral. After a poor cleaning from a previous company I was thrilled to come across this AMAZING TEAM! They are prompt, professional and extremely thorough. I highly recommend them.

I have Jesse and Sydney, who are great, deep cleaning my 1 bedroom apartment. We’re approaching 3 hours. Can’t wait to see the outcome. Will post a thorough review soon as they are done. Giving 3 stars for now and will update my review shortly.
