Hi there I have a lotto say about this company I could leave a long review but to sum it up in a few words did what they said they where going to do and with no hidden surprises awesome ???

My husband and I are very pleased with the great job done on our patio and pool cool deck. We highly recommend NLKD and loved working with Dave, Kelly, Tracy, and Angel. Everyone was very helpful, professional and great to work with. Thank you all very much for all your kindness and hard work. We appreciate everything you did to make our cool deck look new again!!

I renovate homes in the Phoenix area and have used this company multiple times. They offer excellent repair and resurfacing services, and the prices are the best I can find in the area. I work with many residential pool areas, and this team has never done me wrong. The work is always done on time and within budget, and they are my go-to pool deck company in the area.

The process of securing a bid was quick and easy.

We were very pleased.

Steve came to my house. Nice guy. I told him the work I wanted done. Reface fireplace, tear down a wall, new flooring and baseboards. My estimates were coming in from $25 to $35k. Steve didn't blink an eye, said his bid would be double. There will be a cold day in you know where that I pay up to $70k for this job on a 1650 square foot house!!! I don't like rip off artists!

We hired their flooring installation service for the second time this time. Each time went smoothly. The products' quality, the cost, and the manner in which we were treated with professionalism all met with our approval.

We have had a number of jobs done for us by Mikko Pasanen of Miko LLC.

Perhaps the one requiring the most creativity and skill was remodeling our next-to-the-master-bedroom spa-with-hot-tub and stone work into a very nice and comfortable art studio with cabinets, sink, and its own heating and cooling system.

We worked out the details together, and the work was done beautifully — even more so than we had imagined — and on time, by workers who were a real pleasure to have around.

Every time we have hired Miko LLC for a remodel or repair job, it’s been the same story: The work was done right, on time, and with minimal mess. And Mikko is a treat to know.

Would we recommend Miko LLC? Of course!

By far, best job I've had overall. Dan Keen is an selfless, honest and reliable boss who has literally taken shirt(coat) off his own back for me and has done many other acts of random kindness. He looks out for allhis employees as they were family. His work is unmatchable on all levels at a reasonable cost.

Very professional, and a vast amount of experience. Anyone who's wanting to get a bathroom or kitchen reminded, I highly recommend!
