I feel that It's Christmas every time I have The Perfectionist clean my house. I have been extremely happy with each and every crew that has been at my house. Team Julie always leaves me with a smile on my face. They are so professional, on time, high energy levels of all the crew members and best of all the house is spotless when they leave. I highly recommend The Perfectionist cleaning services. I even called Tim at 4:00pm and he had a crew at my mothers house the next morning at 7:45am cleaning it from top to bottom before she was released from the hospital. She was VERY happy when she got home.

So I just had my carpet cleaned 2 days ago and my husband and I were very pleased to say the least. Valley's Best had great availability for me scheduling only 4 days before wanting it done! I had to find a new cleaning company because my old company, who shall remain nameless, only cleans vacant homes now! I found them on Yelp in which I chatted on Yelp to get a quote prior to scheduling!! So awesome I didn't know I could do that. I searched around with about 7 other companies & the existing reviews played a huge role in my decision. With that being said, I felt a very detailed review is important for others. The technician Greg was great! He was nice, very professional & a hard worker. We stumbled upon a scheduling conflict the day of due to a job he did before mine but was able to move things around to keep my appointment time. This was perfect because I also just replaced carpet in one room & I wanted scotch guard before putting anything on the new carpet. My house is pretty big so the 1.5 hr difference would've caused me to have to reschedule. The only thing I didn't like was the long drying time. It took about 6 hours to dry enough to where we felt comfortable walking on it but they did warn me 4-6 hrs so I didn't feel that was worthy of reducing to 4 stars instead of 5. So going forward I do plan on sticking with Valley's Best next year I will just schedule much earlier. I may also push my appt back to a cooler month since my front door had to remain open for the hose during the cleaning. The price was FANTASTIC for the size of my home (like 7 areas plus a staircase) & they give military discount. I love companies who honor veterans!!! I recommend this company to everyone! ??

I have used Special Ops twice now for move-out cleaning. I have received my FULL deposit back both times, which is hard to do. Well worth the money! They do everything, top to bottom and do not miss anything. SPOTLESS!!
